I'm not surprised he died. He spent decades with his mental illness going untreated, living in a shitty trailer and eating horrible food unfit for any human consumption. That's not exactly a recipe for long-term health.

I just hope none of the mortuary workers messed with his corpse (sexually).

RIP you crazy bastard

I hope you made it to the great Playboy Mansion in the sky (sexually).

Well, looks like the demon clones from hell finally got him (sexually)

He should have had a bigger knife rope

Apparently, he was released January 4, 2021. He somehow managed to die some time between then and now.

Wow. He managed to get himself killed within a week of being released. Even for him thats pretty stupid

Then again it is florida. I shouldn't be so surprised

I might be wildly wrong, but I am kind of assuming he was either released because he was actively dying (i.e. transported to the hospital or released because they knew he only had a few days left)

That wouldn't surprise me. Its not uncommon for prisons to do that sort of thing with terminally ill prisoners so the state doesn't have to cover the costs of continued treatment, which can get pretty expensive for cancer and such. Though theres nothing in there about 'compassionate release' which is what they usually list it as in such situations

Rest in power homie. I'll never forget how you always wore clean clothes and only ate chicken that you boiled in your coffee machine.
I was almost certain Lucas Werner was going to bite it before bulla did...

Give it time. 2021 has only just started and the wern is getting more unhinged by the day. and the best part about that statement is lucas is too incompetent to figure out to cook anything in a coffee machine. If he knew how to use one he'd likely do the same thing. I can totally see lucas cooking a half raw boiled chicken dinner in a skeevy motel coffee machine. Not to mention that frozen piece of catfish wouldn't have gone to waste. Imagine being one upped by bulla, that is an utterly terrifying thought

The dates are odd. Booked in May, 2020? Wasn't his arrest over the home made knife incident in November, 2018? I recall him being found incompetent the following month.

Could be that he was medicated to the gills, got some therapy and was deemed medically fit to stand trial in may of 2020. Though considering how much of a basket case he was I would find that all kinds of ethically questionable

If they actually did release him and it isn't just some weird technicality in the paperwork over him dying in custody (for whatever reason), I wonder if his treatment had been going well and his doctors felt he was stable enough to reenter society, but once he was outside the anxiety and pressure weighed on his mind over taking care of himself and following his treatment and medication plan to stay healthy and stable? Maybe he just couldn't handle it and was so terrified of losing his mind again, so he decided to end things his way while he still had full control of his faculties? It wouldn't be the first time someone with a condition like his decided to end their life once they regained freedom because they didn't feel like they could continue doing what they needed to in order to stay sane and stable. If I remember correctly, John had some pretty nasty scars from hurting himself in the past, on top of being shot and other injuries. I could be wrong about that though. Or maybe his mother passed away and he only learned about it once he was out? Of course, contracting COVID while he was in custody and being "released" to be treated at a medical hospital, then passing away there is a possibility. The guy wasn't very healthy and he was starting to get on in age. I do hope we get some closure on this. Bulla was a classic and one of a kind. He's one of the cows I actually had a lot of sympathy for because he was legit mentally ill to the point where he could not be held responsible for his behavior, so I really hope he didn't suffer and hope he's found peace in whatever comes after this life.

If that is how it went down then at least he did one good thing in his life and ended himself rather than let himself become a dangerous threat to others again

John S. (as in "sexually") Bulla was a simple man, with simple desires, and a simple message. All he wanted was his beautiful young girlfriend that had been promised to him by God, have her move into his home to take care of him (sexually), keep him company, be beautiful for him, help him spread the word of the ONLY true church, and for Jesus to kill all the men in the world and all the evil nigger demons who are on TV and have all the money that they selfishly wouldn't share with John, thus leaving all the pretty girls without men so John would have them all for himself. Just like the Good Book said.

When you put it that way he's eerily similar to the wern, just more overtly schizo. I wouldn't be surprised to see him go the same way within a decades time
