Not defending Nick, but does anybody realize he rushed this website out the door waaay before it was ready because of the Dlive situation? Nick was already planning this for awhile with his test runs, but those were very limited.
Nick should have had this done awhile ago, but since he didn't work on it cause he felt he didn't need to. Just throwing up a streaming website for such a big viewer base isn't easy when you don't have all the features.

I wrote this in June 2020 and it's relevant now more than ever since he's been banned from DLive.

He's mistaken if he thinks DLive will have any hesitation kicking him off if he becomes too toxic to them. They barely take a cut in his money as is. I think he does think that because he's the only one of the edgy DLive streamers that regularly says faggot. The Ralph Retort, Azzmador, etc. all are typically very careful about the language they use.

Getting kicked off DLive would be a blow. Building a streaming site is expensive, but where it's really gonna hit him is when it comes to taking donations via a payment processor. Nick is using Stripe for his merch store (under his friend's Simon's account presumably because he's banned from Stripe) and he's using EpicPay for his subscription site.

DLive is nice for Nick because of how Lemons and payout works. People can buy Lemons using their cards, donate them to streamers, and then DLive pays out directly to the streamer's bank. Thus DLive's payment processor doesn't know which streamers are getting Lemons.

DLive has shown a lot more goodwill to people like Nick than any payment processor ever has. Building a donation system would be easy for Nick's web developer Saevant. The issue though is that it would be easy for Nick's liberal detractors to deplatform him by going to the payment processor.

Fuentes is in the hot seat. Even if he manages to find web hosting and services that don't ban him, there's no way he'll be able to retain a payment processor after his adversaries find out. His inability to recognize the above underscores that he's not the cunning leader that he portrays himself as to his audience. He's just a grifter.

Nick conducted the second test on his new streaming platform today, the site dates at least back to August from what I can see. I know for a fact the guy working for Nick on his streaming platform is a hardcore Siege guy.

Nick said on his show yesterday that he's relaunching the site so he can use it as the platform for hosting his show. I'm curious to see the implementation details because from what I've read live streaming video is expensive, but he has been doing well with donations.

April 2020:

Nick has been tight lipped about the the relaunch of his site that he said was gonna happen a month or two ago. Last I heard, he said it was more work than they thought. It's supposed to be a one-stop shop: donations, live streams, video archives, everything.

It's now January 2021 and judging by what I've seen and heard, it's obvious that the streaming site hasn't been being worked on regularly for a year. It made its debut without live chat, FFS. I remember when he relaunched https://nicholasjfuentes.com/ many in his audience were disappointed that it was just a paywall for his previous episodes because he massively oversold what it was supposed to be.

We know Fuentes surrounds himself with bad people and is tech illiterate. It wouldn't surprise me if he's being grifted by Saevant or someone else.

My comment on this would be that Nick's associates don't really seem to have a technical plan going forward, just like Nick didn't have a political plan beyond sucking Trump's dick *.

You have to see it in context. Gay conservative steezer Nicholas J Fuentes assisted Trump and Ali Alexander in inciting the riot at the Capitol. How far are people going to go to go after him? It would be better to look at a similar case of controlled opposition- the 'Daily Stormer', which encountered a certain amount of nominal censorship after celebrating the death of some fat woman who was rioting at a permitted political protest. This is still operating, but as a website that posts static articles and occasionally shifts domains.

There is a lot more attention on the Capitol riot that Fuentes helped incite than on Charlottesville, and while Fuentes is a system stooge he doesn't have a conspicious tribal handler like Andrew Aurenheimer, as is the case for the Daily Stormer, so they will have more concerns about him going off the reservation in a way that could hurt their uniparty system in future.

And running a functioning livestreaming site is massively larger problem than a regular website.
