Psychopath, Narcissist and Sociopath are now just umbrella terms for "dude i perceive as an asshole" or "dude who won't be my personal doormat". Even then, though, many of the supposed traits of Real Sociopathy(tm) just seem like characteristics of Autism and social anxiety or are outright common shit present in most human relationships. For real, who has ever been in a friendship without expecting or desiring even the smallest sort of personal gain?
In addition: I don't want to powerlevel much but i knew someone who complained people's ears off about narcissistic and controlling people all the time, despite the fact that she actually exposed many of the traits, such as masking as a nice person to strangers and being a piece of shit in private. If anything, real narcissists love labelling literally everyone else as a Narcissist and projecting. Just call a dickhead a dickhead.

It's easy to be an armchair psychiatrist because of the amount of pop-sci on the subject. And even with real psychiatry, due to how little we as a species know about our minds, it functions a lot like alchemy or ancient medical science.
