You are generally correct that the problem is universal mail-in, which is susceptible to ballot harvesting. Ballot harvesting is the practice of having third parties collect (and in some cases help fill out) ballots. It's pretty much almost solely employed in blue counties lately.

Signature verification is comparing signatures on the ballot envelopes to government database signatures that you give / update with your IDs and voter registration.

You cannot use signature verification in any way to figure out who John Doe voted for. There is no tie between the ballot and the envelope. You would need to use the SSN tied to the ballot to find the individual's name and compare that individual's name to the signatures of all people with that name in order to get the vote : signature match.

Signature audits in no way have anything to do with whether the vote totals are 'correct' beyond that you can try to ID an estimate of 'unacceptable' signatures / ballots (with no respect for who those fraudulent numbers lean towards).

You suggested that the vote could somehow be 'proven' or 'disproven' by 'signature audits'.

But the signature audits can have no connection to actual votes, because the signed secret envelopes containing the voting papers are seperated after being initially checked and signed off by bipartisan representatives.

Pretty simple if you've been paying attention for the last three months or so.

There is so much wrong here.

1) DHS doesn't control the National Guard, state governors and the DOD do. The president can federalize them in an emergency.

2) The Guard is the military. Active military, to be used on American soil would need an act of Congress otherwise it would violate Posse Comitatus. The only thing Congress wants is fedbux for states, stimulus, UI, and vaccines.

3) The Stafford Act is used to authorize money (aka FEMA bux) to be released to state and local entities during an emergency declaration. There is already one in effect from back when the coof started.
