Lol they even canceled D&D with arcadum over this and then tried to pass it off as ironmouse feeling sick. Zen has always been one of the more political of the group at least in outspoken terms. Melody will make an occasional mention and interacts with shoeonhead on twitter so that's weird enough but she does at least seem smart enough to keep her mouth shut as far as explicitly talking about stuff. iirc during the summer chimpouts her commentary was basically "wow lots of stressful stuff happening in America right now".
Yeah but it's unlikely there will be any real consequences. Idk what thegunrun was even thinking getting involved with this particular group lol. From my outsider perspective, part of the reason hololive and similar overseas (JP and EN as well) groups make it work well is because they do the auditions THEN they throw the girls on a team with managers etc. Vshojo, with exception of "hime," is exclusively comprised of individuals who were already part of their own group long before vshojo was even thought of. ironmouse, silver and zentreya have been part of a group pre-melody, then froot and nyanners were involved for at least a few months before vshojo. So they might be able to enforce some basic rules like "if you do X you'll forfeit streaming on Y days" or some shit but they're never going to be able to effectively use the threat of removing someone from the team without losing all but one or two of their talent roster. I'm sure Hime and Nyanners would probably stick around in a nuclear scenario but at the end of the day if they try to tell Mel, Silver, Zen, or Ironmouse they're off the team, the others will probably try to leave or torch any signed contract just to show group solidarity.
Even if it weren't for that, they'd probably not want to repeat Hololive's incident with Coco and stir up controversy that just gives the talent themselves more power, like what happened when Coco leveled up. A lot of their audience probably already agrees with whatever stupidity Zen posts along those lines, so as long as the gravy train isn't rocked they'll allow it.
