Any word on the TIHYDP version of Arkham Knight?

I'd watch Phil's playthrough but I really don't want to be contributing to his gout. I'd rather watch a TIHYDP as I know the person making it put actual effort into the whole thing.

I don't expect any of it will be going to Phil right away. With his channel, he receives a cut of the money while Machinima takes the rest. With Machinima putting ads on videos made by third parties, all of it will go to them unless they slip some Phil's way afterward.

I also just remembered how popular adblock is too. So even if he does and make money off of it; it'll be crippled by that.

Watched the tail end of Phil's Crash Bandicoot stream.

He essentially blasted through the game within one day. He spent a lot of time stuck on the level before the final boss though. (Not the Great Hall)

I'm pretty sure it's illegal for Machinima to claim TIHYDPs. Cuz the footage of the game belongs to the respective companies, even if DSP would like it otherwise ("my art!").
In fact, all Nintendo TIHYDPs are already claimed by Nintendo and have ads on them, so i can't see Machinima winning this one.

I'm DSPositive that no TIHYDP has been claimed by Machinima so far.

The only videos Machinima can claim are his vlogs and the DSP Tries It videos, and even that i find it a stretch.
