Uhm... do you realize how genuinely absurd and nonsensical it is to claim that a 'think tank' of that magnitude would just... forget to include somebody with a basic fundamental understanding of the subject that could determine the outcome of the most important election on earth?

I'm sorry, but that's like saying a group of engineers discussing a hypothetical new plane design somehow forgot to include somebody who understood that planes require engines.
Remember this asshole was screaming in 2016 about how the election was rigged even while he was winning it? That's literally just this dude's strategy, just scream rigged rigged rigged with complete disregard for facts.

I mean he was right back then as well, it was just for the other side. Has everyone forgotten the Russian-DNC collusion already?

Serious question. Whether shady shit occurred or not.

Do you think its a good idea, or good for our republic. That in virtually every populous zone in the country. Almost every single person from the volunteer poll worker to the head honchos are Democrats? And to bring a racial angle to this unfortunately, disproportionately staffed by groups of people with much higher tolerance and acceptance of corruption? On top of this the same party has been in charge for 4-5 decades now so nepotism and rot has set in.

Shady shit always occurs. When exactly did you start paying attention? Every single election has shady shit. Voting machines are garbage. Their vendors are fraudulent. They are all, every single one, susceptible to hacking and fraud of others sorts. When did you wake up to this? Just when your guy lost? It's absolutely fucking awful that our electoral system is so manifestly open to fraud that you can't trust the results of ANY election because there's no way to verify them afterwards. But there's no actual specific evidence that Trump did anything but actually flat out fucking lose this time. Wouldn't it be nice to know for sure though? We can't, though, can we? Our voting is done mostly on these goddamn machines with no way of actually proving their accuracy afterwards. Never mind this mail-in shit too. We have no idea how accurate that shit is either.

Yes, in theory, they can do that, but in reality, it just isn't going to happen. The precedent would be so obviously terrible that even if some Republicans went along with it for some reason, you can bet some guy like Joe Manchin would block it. It isn't happening. This is an absolute waste of time and an embarrassment and the Democratic Party should hang its head in shame at engaging in such utter bullshit.
The DNC staggers out of this presidency the same way it stumbled into it: With its trousers around its ankles, tears streaming down their face and blangry as fuck.
Only, now they have company from across the political divide doing the same for different reasons.

When I found out that these two were the most harmful to the black community, after the years of painting Trump as the most bigoted President in existence, shocked me that the Dems are really that abusive with the black vote, especially since BLM is a big donator.
Ha! blm? blm is a slush fund for the dnc, thats all there is

They did an AMA where users repeatedly asked where the money was going, all those billions, what was being done?

Not a single fucking straight answer, most were ignored until at one point they had to save face and say something, and what it was? "courses and raising awareness". That shit is fraudulent charity 101, its was scammers and tax dodgers do, but most of those are small fish not a huge organization

Then you look at the actual numbers and see blm money goes almost entirely to dnc-aligned organizations, its clear that when BoA gave blm 1 fucking billion it wasnt for blm but to buy favors from the dnc, to make sure that if they win the election the new administration is in BoA's pocket. Same with the rest of the corporations that donated so much money, it was a way around the campaign funding limitations, another scam like superPacs were but this time is disguised inside a fake grassroots movement so nobody will denounce the corruption for fear of being called a racist
And he was a VP to a black dude and now is a President with a black woman as VP. Notice how desperate he is to establish himself as a friend of the blacks. Remember when he "complimented" Obama by describing him as articulate? You know, because negroes can't speak in human language. And that is just the most prominent of the little ways he lets his racism slip.
He was a VP to the whitest black dude in the world, even herman cain was more black than obama

And now his VP is a "black" woman who didnt even identify as black for most of her career and fucked over a lot of black people only to consider herself black when it became convenient. These are the kind of people you can call a nigger with a big hard R at the end and wont give a fuck if that means getting ahead, they want money and power not representation

The moment has passed for any type of legitimate action to be taken to address any of these suspicious circumstances or their results. The narrative has shifted, and anyone who even talks about how the election was rigged in any serious way is seen as a terrorist. I shit you not I've had people in the same breath tell me they very much believe the election was rigged, but we just have to accept that Biden is president. This is not out of an acceptance that the system is fucked or corrupt in any way because if that was their view they would also not be roundly condemning the capitol hill riots as if its some great disgrace to our "democracy"(fucking kill me). Its not from an apathetic stance towards our system, but rather a slavish submission to media narratives. Some how all people can talk about is media bias on which ever side they disagree with, and you might even be able to get them to agree that their side is in fact also biased to some degree, but they will almost never recognize how this bias is affecting their world view. They don't see how the way information is presented to them colors their world view, they don't understand the importance and subtlety of language, mostly because the most reading they've done in the last year is new articles or headlines, or perhaps their twitter feed or for the true neckbeards that oh so secret site called 4champ.

Its as if they re under a spell. Pray for the media to become bankrupt and hope god causes things to crumble much sooner. I dont want cattle cars in my future.

Dementia guy? Don't belief the crap you hear or want to hear. He is far more coherent and focused than Trump - by a significant margin. One problem with dicks like you is that you actually think when a guy barks louder that makes him more mentally all there. there are literally reams of paper printed showing where Trump trails off into never never land, speaking of things with no connection to his last half sentence.

You know, for a guy who has dementia perhaps you can explain how laser focused he was to take the Presidency. Senate, retain the house and flip a number of states blue. Perhaps a calm voice to you means slowness, whereas generally smarter people think before they talk and take their time.

Pretty good for a guy you think has lost it.

No, he just has dementia or is at least in the early stages of dementia.

Watch this.

Then compare it to this and the second debate was one of his better performances so I'm being charitable here.

Why doesn't the USA just use paper ballots and severely limit mail in ballots like the rest of the world?

Edit: that isn't some banana republic

Though I understand why they want to it do it if only because they're vindictive shitheads who want to set a precedent, and because they don't want Trump to ever be able to hold a political office ever again, it's a waste of time, and money.

Trump's already destroyed himself. He's completely tarnished his reputation, been banned from basically every social media site under the sun, among other things, and has pretty much taken down his entire family, and the entire GOP with him. Just leave him to his fate, and don't make him a martyr. Just walk away, and let him fade into history like all the presidents before him.

Even banana republics do things like paper ballots and force you to show a government-issued ID, not a license or some other shit, to vote

They let people overseas vote but they have to go to the embassy to do it, no mail voting at all

He absolutely demolished Sarah Palin when they debated. Seeing him last year was sad, he's a shadow of his former self.

Because the establishment wants to be able to cheat and are not clever enough to do it subtly.
The establishment very publicly and blatantly cheated Trump.

Has he really ruined his reputation if the only reason he’s facing repercussion is because people are scared that the Dems will destroy them if they don’t cut ties?

I’d argue he never ruined it, the Dems imediately went to marytr him.

Well duh, that explains why their legal efforts were pathetic. Have YOU read the briefs? No, of course not.

Look At Rudy. Look at Sidney. And you think these guys know Election law?

Gimme a break. I'm surprised they didnt claim that the Dominion Machines were actually coffee makers, spiking drinks for the workers giving them drugs to give Biden ballots.

They NO SHIT, claimed in their law suits "the Machines" were doing things that they actually could not do. So Sorry if I am degrading Trumps legal team, but they are below pathetic - so bad that if you had a homicide case I wouldn't be hiring them.

There are definitely potentials for hilarity in this Presidency.
I respect what you write - because you are usually pretty balanced; but do you really think the Impeachment is a wasted effort? If Trump had done this 3 months earlier, would it still not be worthy of impeachment? Or is it the Sedition part that is too much?

I mean, should Trump just be given a pass on this riot because he was voted out anyways?

Just after your 2 cents on it, and what you would have done if you were running the Democrat show in the last week.

Robert Barnes, who has been working with the Trump team has been rather public about the fact that the team does not really have lawyers on it that have dealt with Election Law.

While I still view the main issue being the courts being cowards and not viewing evidence and the result would have been the same...Trump's team could have done much better than it has.

On one hand I agree with you on the other people are scared and pissed and the government has to seem like it's doing something to punish this shit.

Not all the lawsuits filed challenging the election were made equal. There were a couple that were pretty damned good - in particular the PA and WI suits, which didn't involve any contested facts. Courts still didn't want to hear them. Read the dissents in the Wisconsin decision here: https://www.wicourts.gov/sc/opinion/DisplayDocument.pdf?content=pdf&seqNo=315395 The dissenting judges are scathing, and rightly so. The plaintiffs clearly had good claims. Laches is not a doctrine that made sense in this context, as the plaintiffs filed soon after they suffered harm, and the grounds for laches were not present.

I don't know what remedy the court could have ordered. It seems like the only ones available with any real effect would be incredibly controversial. I'd argue election rules have to matter and that even a very disruptive, controversial remedy would be justified as anything less would in effect approve disregarding rules around one of the most important processes in liberal democracies.

Trump's most prominent advisers appeared inept. I do wonder how much difficulty was caused by the successful campaign to deter any lawyers from representing Trump by outfits like the Lincoln Project. Although even with better lawyers I'm not sure they would've overcome several major difficulties, viz (1) court reticence to get involved in something this controversial, already mentioned; (2) the incredible time pressures - it is practically impossible to take all the depositions that would be necessary within the time allowed, even with a better legal team; and (3) problems in sifting the evidence in the first place to establish what's worth pursuing and what isn't. Again, too much to do, too little time.
