It's surprising that the mask of her cpap doesn't leave more marks considering how much she sleeps and her size. Those masks can be a real pain because they only come in very much standard sizing. A child needing one? Yea, good luck with that. Someone with a genetic disease that gives their head a different shape? lol, good luck kludging up a pressure relieving solution before they get pressure sores. No mask I ever encountered would have been anywhere near able to fit over that round eggplanthead. But maybe it's different in Canada/USA? Euromedfags like me rarely see people her size.

What really boils my piss, is knowing how much she spends on food a month, if she was honest with herself about her finances and drew up a financial and budget spreadsheet, worked out a calorie limit per day and grocery shopped accordingly, she could save a goddamn packet this year and buy herself a really, really excellent gaming PC. She could with her boundless time, read up on building her own PC, research it and make it a whole journey and get some really sweet, and probably very interesting content too.

I mean, going from tech potato to building your own PC and overhauling your finances in the course of a year would actually be really worth a watch.
