Brain chip and MRIs aside, Do you have your EEG? I have a lot of experience with reading EEGs regularly and while I can’t do anything about a brain chip I can provide a medfags perception on any other potential neurological issues you may need to see someone about. I’m assuming from “complete mess” you’re saying there’s issues on all four quadrants of the brain?

I know you also don’t want to hear this, but any mass or foreign particle would likely result in electrical abnormalities but on a very slow scale. When conducting an EEG you have to have clean, dry hair and not have anything on your head since it gives off a similar reaction to a tumor or lesion.
For an implant like you’re describing, it would be on a single line and isolated by other lines around it. It would also be very abnormal and easy to pick up. Here’s a quick breakdown of how an EEG can find something that’s not on traditional imaging:



Conversely an epileptic spike would be what would cause what most people would refer to as a “complete mess” on all four quadrants. Here’s a “worse case scenario” picture from Wikipedia’s of an epilepsy reading.

I would love to see this guys eeg readings since he is said to have been diagnosed with epilepsy. He needs to see a better neurologist and get on better meds and stop fucking around with self-medication and anesthesia.
I also want to know what he does to make these feelings worse.

First i want to say i'm in dire situation and everything in this post is truth that i'm trying to make know to everyone. I hope i will find some help from kind people here.

At least since year 1995 or even earlier there is secret operation in Poland that focus on controlling human body & mind with technology implants that cover vagus nerve and brain. Government force chosen families to have this device implanted in their newborn kid.
This is my history, i'm 25 years old currently and i do not know how many subjects are forced to this unspeakable horror. My father was working in Polish military and is involved into this project.

Information about implant:
Implant is constantly transmitting & receiving data from unknown gov agency. It is made of EMF absorbing materials making it stealth type that is invisible by RTG or MRI, but it can be detected by tools analyzing radio waves spectrum. There is silent sound making part of device on both sides of head, deeply behind inner ear - probably near vagus nerve.
You may ask why is it a horror? Because it is used to inflict both physical and mental pain if you do something wrong that they do not like. Moreover it severely interferes with ability to learn, think, sleep or control muscles making impossible to archive anything in life. No doctor can help for symptoms as it makes drugs ineffective, no sleeping pills or painkiller works (even the strongest narcotic ones had no effect on me).

What i tried to do so far & results:
So far i tried to make contact with elected politicians & multiple Polish organizations that may be able to help, but still i'm waiting for reply. I'm trying also to find detective who would perform radio waves spectrum analysis to get a proof for surgical operation so i can get physical evidence, but without any luck yet. Detectives i've contacted stated that they do not perform this kind of service.
Since it is hard to get any kind of help i'm preparing for radical move and that is to get hit by a thunder and pray it will disable communication part of implant. I'm gonna buy 100% silver fiber full body suit that will create Faraday cage (cut off signal so they can't turn me off or mess with my body) and go to the certain mountain top during storm where almost always thunder hits.

I'm sincerely asking for advice what organizations/individuals i may contact in Poland/Europe/World to receive help. (please keep in mind that i can only afford what would normal citizen able to, nothing too expensive)
If i am able with your help to uncover this project then imagine what uproar it would cause in world news. I will post results if i get any after i contact organizations/individuals who may be able to help.

Anon, if you are truly desperate enough to get zapped by lighting (an event that could likely seriously injure you or even kill you) why not search for other options first? Consider a home made EMP device (if it us legal, of course) to disrupt the devices you believe are inside you? A decade back I've been a student of medicine in Wrocław ( Najlepszy chlebek na rondzie Bema), I was asked for help by big titted milktruck to carry some shit from basement, place was full of antiques from PRL era. I mention it because I found documentation of requests from that place, they requested expertise on specific topics, including human behavior under stress/radiation/exposure to heavy magnetic fields etc.
So what's the big deal, Russians did some experiments on occupied areas, anybody who knows a little about history of USSR knows they did much worse. Well, turns out few old timers who were forced to work for them had some interesting stories to say. We had a field trip and obviously professors drunk along with us, I asked one why didn't we go to mountain students proposed - Śnieżnik. Turns out that mountain used to have a huge tower on top of it, long story short Russians installed some shit in it, few months forward spoken professor was called by polish army to check why local population was sick most of the time, those areas are known to have small uranium ores and they were afraid of some leak. Water was clean, but team noticed they quickly started feeling irritated and sick, eventually with help from PWR they figured out there's background noise humans weren't capable of hearing, but it was affecting them in negative way. They found the location and next day military blew the tower up. How did they know it was Russians in the end and not capitalist tool of subversion? People responsible of blowing the tower got fucked hard, degraded and resettled.
So if you're from those lands there's some chance you're forgotten experiment.

He is talking about radio waves (another common schizo delusion) so maybe there is something he could rig up that would show him that there are no radio waves. The big revelation for me was that *I could control what the voices said*. If I would say/think something, the voices would repeat it exactly, then go back to their yammering. The technological advancements necessary to even begin to have something like what you've described in OP would've at the earliest been fifteen or twenty years after 1995. Even then - and I mean no offense by this - eastern European countries like Poland certainly wouldn't have any one single person with the technical knowhow to accomplish this let alone a whole team of people from various fields. Even if this were something that could be pulled off (it can't, even today) it damn sure wouldn't be pulled off in some 2nd world country most folks don't spend much time ever thinking about.

As i said, nothing works from meds + doctors found no mental problems and diagnosed it all as epilepsy with unknown source (they seen those problems i explained and couldn't find source of it). I've done experiment and bought anesthesia drugs that would make possible to perform surgery on your body and except mess in head they done nothing to me. My friend as test subject after twice lesser dose was already unconscious for 5 hours with full anesthesia.

You are outdated with technology news. Many years ago humanity was already able to decipher visible image from eyes by analyzing brain activity real time. Add AI help to fix blur image and you can have pretty accurate visible image from eyes in computer. Mind reading? As i said, i've already done x-ray and MRI without any result. This device do not use lead for wires, but something else. I can only guess, but it might be graphite wire isolated by rubber or other kind of material. Battery + Controller probably have simple EMF shielding, nothing uncommon.

3) Here you talk about how you've looked into the device itself and tried to find it, how did you get the x-ray and MRI done? Did you tell the staff at the place you got it done, what it was for?
