easy, if tech was that advanced they would be able to constantly monitor him and keep him in check, and if not, would take him in or contact him that something is wrong. Like others have said, it would have been pointless to let him loose and risk getting it out then just elliminating him if they had that kind of power.

What everyone else vaguely sane on this thread said. And - you can get a head x-ray in London for around £60 - £100. This will show up any solid matter in your head. Pick a clinic at random, buy a bus ticket and get the scan. I hope the negative results will be reassuring. Please don't do anything stupid in the meantime.

OK, I'll play along.
Assuming that this is true, nobody will help you.
At best, some other government will steal that tech for themselves so, if you're Polish, be glad that it's Poland that will have it and not China or some other government that wants to rule the world.
At worst, some megalomaniac like Elon Musk will acquire it and then we're all fucked.
There is no solution, there are no good guys like in the movies who will fight for truth and justice.

The most you could do is infiltrate the government and expose this from the inside but by the time you get into a position that allows you to do so, this tech will be perfected and in use.

IMO dude's a research chemical fatality. Poland prosecutes drugs heavily and the result is that young people buy untested drug analogues from Netherlands, of unknown purity, to get high.

"Even the strong narcotic ones" by your own words. Out of interest, precisely what types have you been taking and what amounts because I think you need to stop taking them and immediately get back to the Doctor who prescribed them because they clearly ARE having a definite affect.

It's very hard to get prescription opioids in Poland. If you're not an experienced junkie or someone with medical record for that it's night impossible.
IMO dude overdosed too many times on 3-CMC, 4-CMC or any other shitty analogue stimulant and didn't go to a shrink yet, but he's doing tests out of his own pocket - if you do non-gov. subsidized medicine in Poland, nobody's asking questions as long as you're paying.
