Since we already on the topic, let me ask this. Why are you so sure that she has a thing for AO? It could literally be any other person she direct her song to even if she did idolize AO before coming to Japan. Was it from old twitter interaction or was it a Demondice circle rrat?

Demondice circle and it's pretty much confirmed. She did idolize him a lot and a good bit of her music is about dealing with the fact that her romantic endeavors didn't pay off, but some people I know who have been following her for some time will say it's all but confirmed to be AO. She has talked about coming to Japan to meet and work with a "special rapper" of some sort. I had initially thought she was talking about K's but was then told "no, she's talking about AO."

I have to admit that since I got into Hololive and other JP vtubers I've really appreciated being a fan of someone who is less likely than the average streamer to be caught raping a minor at a con or grooming them or some filthy shit. They were women with a vested interest in not presenting you with the person behind the cartoon, it was safe odds. HoloID even has the bonus layer of Islam to keep them from doing haram shit with children.

Now these EN vtubers come slithering along on their bellies spitting out obscenities and revealing pictures of their abominable troon faces and I have to worry about kids being raped by them. They broke my VTuber safe space, fuck them.

If I take up the mantle of the anime avatar myself, I don't want, "Hi, I'm the En vtuber who is not interested in doing vile sexual depravity to you," to be a key selling point.

I wonder if her history just tipped her off to the red flags mentioned here. Say what you will about the content, but I do think she (Keeki) genuinely enjoys this medium and the community she's in, and she's sunk a lot into Idol culture and this new gig. I wouldn't be surprised seeing the sham-shark's antics and attempts at fast-tracking a career came across as insulting. I know I'd be put off.

I'm not a big fan of Kiara. She's overly aggressive with her networking and working the audience and if she'd just drop that shit a little she could actually be entertaining. That said, she's definitely an experienced entertainer and I appreciate whatever she does behind the scenes to help the other Ens with the business end of the tube. When shit like this comes along, it's definitely on her radar and you can see she dealt with it and came out looking better for it. Her "NBD" twitter post has all the grace and charm of an entertainer dealing with a spergout fan, so I wouldn't worry about it.

I find it odd that my gimmick actually is "be professional and keep the kinky shit to myself." I had already made a post about it and how a bunch of the full time hornyposters were defending their consummate unprofessionalism by saying that the vtuber persona is supposed to be freeing for them to "express themselves" all over the fucking Internet. It's super off-putting but what can you do.

Most of her enthusiasm comes from a genuine place of wanting to interact with everyone and make her audience feel included. She was like that as Keeki as well, so of course it would carry over.

Gurawa has a bit more Internet sensibility so she can also handle situations like that well enough, but I feel that Keeki nails it better.

Anyways, the fortune telling web service she was a part of shut down earlier last year, and since she already short of confirming she still want to continue activities as a vtuber outright, my best guess is that either the character right belonged to said company and they think it's ran its course or she got scouted by another company for another character.
Either way, it's a fresh start so not like all is lost.

Latinx isn't the general Latin-American diaspora being exceptional. It's the small sliver of the diaspora that has been co-opted into promoting the cultural hegemony of my ethnic group (WASPs). They just seem more prominent than they are because my people control the elite institutions in most of the country and make sure their ideological spokesmen are appropriately positioned for maximum subversion. Same thing we did with the blacks.

Sure but she still keeps the personas separate, which is the rule. Coco ignores Kson's existence, and vice-versa. You're not 'supposed' to equate nor connect them in public, it's literally in Cover's rules for their talents not to do so, and an unspoken rule for the community at-large.

Basically what I'm saying is just because she posts selfies on her personal socials (Kson) doesn't magically make it all right for other people to say "hue hua Kay-sawn is Keerayou Ko Ko!", but some people seem to think that's the case. A bit late but I've noticed this as well during the meme review stream and looking at /hlg/ as they cry in pain but I didn't think of it as much as it just seems like infighting.

EDIT: if I understand correctly, the guy from the second screenshot hopes for Hololive to come back to Chinese market after Coco graduates. It will be kinda hard to do after they bullied the whole company away and continue to do so on various occasions.
