He's one of the better ones. His main hobby tends to be fucking with/triggering the super toxic anime fandoms on Twitter and other places. Then making videos about it and monetizing their autistic hate. Don't let his association with the Vshoujo throw you off. His style is much closer to the Pewdiepie/MoistCritikal/Paymoneywubby side of things.

Yes, please, bring lolsuits into this, boomer judges that gets educated on what vtubers is could be fun.

Boomer judges are way more canny about entertainment than you might imagine (it's just technology they struggle with). To them, it's probably no different than dealing with cases involving professional pseudonyms/pen names, both of which have very well-tread case law in the US (spoilers: you can publish pseudonymously but there's no implied right to secrecy if you yab like in yuropoor jurisdictions for example).
