I remember that there was a sex change wizard in Runescape and this was when they had home-building. SJW's will still find something to complain though such as say, not having your male character look like a woman or not having some preferred made up pronoun like squirrelself.

That's the thing, these people don't want three-dimensional characters who happen to be transgender, they want characters whose entire identity is based around being trans. What they really want is blatant tokenism. They won't settle for anything less than Assigned Male in video game form.

Which is ironically against the very values they hold if they had any self reflection. What's the point of having these special snowflake characters if EVERYONE can play as them? That makes them mainstream, they are no longer unique and magical, they're just there.

Because it never was about the values. It's about the social competition. SJWs are only nominally interested in justice. It's more a contest of who can get the most social capital.

Consider a state senator who proposes a bill that is flagrantly unconstitutional, like say... outlawing all abortions everywhere. It'll never stand review, and in all likelihood, won't ever make it to committee. But it's rich in the dogwhistles that senator douchebag's political clique eats up, and he gets rewarded with campaign money despite not having done anything at all. Meanwhile, nothing gets done in the senate. Whatever problems the state faces are paid only lip service as talking points.

That's how the con works.

Did the shoplifter not know this would be reference to prison rape? The kind that some would say as "don't drop the soap". Really though, it's just self-righteousness disguised as caring about the issues of rape. The sign itself isn't just in reference to $5 crap but everything in the store one could buy. Shoplifting does more to a store than just losing some money. It can cost the part time worker their job since it can happen on their shift.
