Depends on how long she wants to be President.
In theory if she waits until 2023 to give the Order of Death, she can get 10 years in office (making her the second longest serving President in history). If she gets impatient and does Biden in before 2023 however, she's stuck with being only able to run one time and what's left of Biden's term.
