Also it's not a great look when the government needs to win trust in public health and science messaging for them to blatantly be lying that a man is a woman. It'd be one thing for him to say "I'm a man with dysphoria" and talk about it clinically, in the same tones I'd hope he'd talk about any health issue, but for the media to all say he's a woman is just going to lose people's faith.
