Do Holostars have more lenient rules on needing/requesting permission to play games? I see them playing Monster Hunter Rise, but as far as I know, all Monster Hunter World Hololive streams are still private.

Same rules as hololive but it might have been a brand deal with Capcom or maybe you saw them playing with Nijisanji or other agency vtubers? From what I gather Cover doesnt play nice with Capcom at all.

Yeah, I found her doing a cover of Konayuki... ironically BECAUSE I had seen Luna’s cover and didn’t know wtf she was doing.

It’s especially surprising because her speaking voice isn’t even all that far off Luna’s. It’s deeper, but it has that same sort of fat cheek thing going on.

Also, while I think people should watch the full Karaoke streams if they can (live, when possible) - Vtuber Singing is a pretty good place to use to find new singers or just find that one specific song to relisten to. They take some of the better songs from most of the good karaoke streams.

I’m not that surprised. The thing creators hate teh most is hearing people (who say they want to be creators) tell them why they can’t actually be creators themselves. I suspect a woman who believed in her art enough to upstakes, leave the country and risk starving to death in a foreign place doesn’t have a lot of patience for ”it’s too hard”.

Oh, does "Boorjwazee" refer to the Artemis group? I wouldn't be surprised, I guess. People with no personality tend to need to put others down for an ego boost. Wouldn't be surprised since Artemis clearly has money from somewhere, the group's name is quite fitting. "Boorjwazee" are another split-off subgroup of Domo's Fags of the Round Table, a subsect of the Holoslaves Discord, which is the cringest, gayest place to talk about chuubas. Anyone from there immediately gets the leery eyes from me, they're quite literally all hugbox retards. I'm in a few Discord servers just to lurk for dirt and drama, but I won't even touch that place regardless, the brain hemorrhaging isn't worth the effort.

They must have been heartbroken to find she's actually just a normal, well-adjusted good Midwestern (assuming that last bit, at least, based on clues) girl who's been working hard to put food on her table. I know nothing chaps those asses more than when they can't actually find something to attack/make fun of someone over, and that fills me with delight.

As for Haato putting Haachama Cooking back in the hands of the fans to be judged by her, best and worst is all nebulous. Dark and light entwined, the lines completely blurred. That's what makes it so good.

She's known better for years and she absolutely hates those types of people. Half of her music is basically just shitting on anyone she doesn't like on that particular day and the other half is shitting on herself for moving to Japan. Funnily enough mainstream "sad boy" rappers (the original targets of that song) and Twitter crybabies have a lot in common.

I sympathize with what Aloe had to go through, I really do. But at some point people should move on. We can't let Gen 5 be hold back forever by an unfortunate incident. Yeah. Tbh I kind of used to be the same. Not like hardcore comment on every gen 5 post or art that slightly features Aloe as a fun Easter egg. Her potential was what I was always reminded about. Then I discovered Delu and snapped out of it. Obviously I still hope for a return just because it could help her better herself and move away from her toxic family, but I just take what I can get at this point and don’t even worry about that anymore. The part of monetization is possibly for indies and not company-backed creators but I'm not entirely sure. I would bet it's the former considering the past.

Is there any logic behind this?

I believe that a lot of Japanese companies essentially don’t agree with the idea that Let’s Plays are transformative.

In other words, they view people watching the stream as potential lost sales (in spite of discussion a few pages back about how many of us bought a number of games from watching this year.) similar to how Western companies used to act as if every single torrented copy of a game would have otherwise been a sale.

From what I hear, Artemis has her own exclusive clique with these friends of hers (Who are mostly, if not all women) where they basically just suck each other off all the time and it's stupidly hilarious how often they do it with each other on Twitter.

Just in case it becomes something worth investigating at some point (I don't think it is currently, but you never know), I know for a fact that somewhat notable porn artist yoru was/is a part of Artemis' little clique given how much she hyped the fuck out of Artemis pre- and post-debut, including but not limited to this fanart she drew of her self-insert with Artemis. There's also another indie related to the two of them that seems to run in their circle.

Literally the spergiest thing I've noticed about them as a whole is how they all come off as horny sex pests towards each other while acting all "uwu cute" about it, but it might be worth keeping loose tabs on them in case something lolworthy happens.
