I thought her "third toe in" was "bent underneath her foot". This just looks like she stubbed her toe.

Yeah she said third toe in her video but that one looks fine. How did she lose the nail on the second toe without there being any bruising on it? She will probably lose the nail on the big toe too and because it's Kelly, she'll probably post photos

Once again, Kelly’s story does not add up. Infer what you will. The truth behind the injury is irrelevant at this point. All we need to understand is that it’s obviously self inflicted, per usual.
What struck me as the most notable part of her woeful post is “Gina has been SO supportive.” We all know that this is the true pain in Kelly’s life... not her rotten legs, but her rotten relationship with her twin sister. A long while back, Kelly publicly begged Gina to create an account here and “defend” her. Gina declined.
The correlation between a fresh injury and her sister’s renewed “support” shouldn’t be lost upon anyone.

Why would your first instinct be to go post about it if your toe breaks "underneath your foot" and you can't feel it? Man, I don't understand this. I'd be going "EWWW GROSS" and making my way to Accident & Emergency.
You would have thought someone who seemingly finds being hospitalised a positive thing would, you know, go to the hospital. Admittedly I am not as familiar with Kelly as I would like to be, and I'm not 100% on whether she has a seeming hospital fetish like some (all) of the other well-known munchies, but if your fucking toe breaks and you can't feel it that's probably when you ought to get the fuck to a hospital. Not film it and put it on Instagram.
She needs to be sectioned for a good six months at this point, before her legs get amputated and she moves on to the arms. Then she'll lose those too and maybe then (if she's not dead from infection) she'll stop.

The correlation is creepy as hell. It's a question of what came first, the chicken or the egg. Does her sister know what's going on and sympathises because of it, or does she do this for the sympathy?

I think Gina being back in her life is a sign that amputation is imminent. We know Gina’s been done with Kelly’s shit for ages now; her reappearance makes me think that she’s expecting Kelly will need physical help soon (and may be hoping it’ll shock her out of munching further 
). Munching your way to a double amputation in your 30s is horrifying and I’m sure even Kelly must have brief moments of regret. I hope the doctors are keeping a close eye on her post-op meds, I can see an opioid addiction saga coming next.

That is if she's not already addicted to opioids. There's really not a lot of good options for long term severe pain control. The sensation of pain is so necessary for survival that it's almost impossible to turn off. Patients that are compliant with treatment can benefit from things like physical therapy, counseling, and anti-depressant medication to help reduce the amount of opioids they take. Kelly though? I don't know. Her active self-destruction makes treatment very difficult. Kelly's thread is forever a horror show.The image of those tweezers hovering greedily over her poor raw toe is forever ingrained in my brain now. That can't be normal, right? There's no way she's allowed to sit there and prod at her skin with a random tweezer, right??
You know that's what she does 24/7 when she's alone. Just sits there with a tweezer in hand wondering what she can pick off next.

The video is simultaneously better and worse than I was expecting. Judging from the marks to her skin and its appearance I would guess that she’s bandaged/covered her toe after it bruised which has then softened the skin so it peeled easily, intentionally or otherwise. I hope the nurses of Instagram are telling her to keep those germ-ridden tweezers away from it.

Everything Kelly does is inspired by two things: psychosis/drugs and "Look at me! Pay attention to me!" aimed mainly at her family. She'd saw her right hand off if it got her enough attention from Gina.
It this were ANYONE else on planet Earth, I'd feel sorry for them. But this actually made be laugh.
Kelly has been working diligently towards this moment for years.
This current pre-amputation saga is her Olympic montage of Munching. Let's give credit where credit s due!

She needs to hit up the emergency room because skin does not slough off like that from a bruise alone. She's deeply bruised an area that already has compromised blood supply. I would be very concerned about necrosis developing since the tissue simply does not have the oxygen supply it needs to heal any addtional wounds on her feet. She's already getting ulcers and has limited sensation.

I somehow found the peeling back the skin on her toe to be more viscerally gut-punching than showing off her rotten legs. Thanks, I hate it
