You're able to talk to Beetledrink? I strongly suggest you do what you can to make them end all this.

Several people including myself have tried patiently and politely to reason with Beetledrink but they just yell and scream and block everyone. It's like trying to hold a debate with a screeching pterodactyl. But if you're already on good terms with them you might be able to appeal to whatever human decency remains in their ferociously insane psyche. They could make a long serious post admitting that Noah and his allies did nothing wrong and that they've spent the last three and a half years with their jaws at the throats of innocent people for no earthly reason. They can maintain the story that they were harassed but they should make it clear that Noah had absolutely no connection to this mystery stalker. It's also crucial that they apologize for all the stress they put everyone through. Most importantly they need to tell all of their followers to stop attacking Noah and his allies and stop making damaging statements about us (e.g. harassment, stalking, doxxing, threatening, lying, acting angry) which are in fact false. From then on whenever someone attacked I could show them Beetledrink's order to stand down and there's a good chance they'd do so. If Beetledrink confesses and apologizes and declares the campaign over Bogleech might follow their example and my friends and I won't have to live in fear anymore.

I know that's rather optimistic but I'm trying whatever I can to halt the conflict. I want those people out of my life permanently.

We could always collect all of the Terrapin stuff here and make a specific thread on him alone. I mean, yes...Terrapin has been good entertainment value, but this thread is mainly about the spaz-outs of the Bawg. I imagine we could get all sorts of fun commentary from the Bawg with the rioting in Washington D.C. two weeks ago seeing how he thinks that we are living in the Fourth Reich and all.

Just drop the pretense and advocate for revolution, Bog. You clearly think that the political class are not merely indifferent, but actively the enemy, and I doubt even Bernie winning the Presidency with AOC as vice would unrustle your jimminies about politics.

Oh, I just read the last post of his, but how narcissistic does the Bawg have to be if he thinks that he is the arbiter of what is and what is not for the best for everyone? I mean, he says it would lead to everybody thriving and benefiting when this is the same guy who seems to have no problem with censorship of the wrong people, deplatforming, and bullying people for what he thinks as wrongthink. We should bring back book burnings witch hunts while we are at it.

Is Bogleech still lurking on these forums? Or did leave in a fit of rage?

Anyways, I used to be a fan of his Hieronymus Bosch inspired works, since I have a thing for monstrous creatures. But then, he lost me on his misandristic "Not like other men" BS he spewed on dA.

It's one thing for an artist to have an unpopular belief. It is another they put others down for disagreeing with them. That is why I lost interest in his work, and no longer a fan.

I actually did stop caring for now about what any of the kiwifarms people get mad at me for. I feel like the pissy ones turned out to be more ridiculous people than I thought, and then the rest of them just aren't that bad, so there's no point in explaining myself either way
I just plain like "discourse" and critical chat but it doesn't feel worth it when someone's either already reasonable, or already totally unreasonable

I used to feel like it's necessary for some cases but....there are enough wrongful convictions every year, at least here in the USA, that I don't think it's worth it
there's several hundred exonerations every year when we find more evidence that clears someone's name, and a chunk of them every time are people on the death row. Some of them, the evidence comes after they died....the exonerations are still worked on so they can be remembered correctly :/
I don't think prison should be "scary punishment to terrify people into not breaking the law"...it doesn't make anyone safer by torturing people because they stole
all that money that goes into it could go into making it more of a mandatory rehab kind of thing, you should only be stuck there for life if you're really proven to be a rapist or something

I had always seen the social justice mumbling in the bogleech.com review articles, but never had I dreamed old Bogleech had such a rabbit hole.
I do thoroughly enjoy his art and reading his evaluations of fictional creatures, I think he's a smart guy. Everything else is just disappointing, but I can separate one aspect from the other.

I know you did it because my account (which is old enough to vote) has "kkk" in the name, despite the fact that I explained in my bio that that name is something I thought looked cool as a child, possessing no knowledge of the Klan. I like your insight into fictional creatures, and I absolutely adore your opinions on Neopets designs. I spent a lot of time reading your writings and I just wanted to casually follow your activities on a dying virtual pets site. Is that so much to ask? I know you probably won't see this for a while since you've "stopped caring" about KF, but I just wanted it on record. It's unbelievably petty.

Honestly can't say I remember the last time I cared enough about neopets to even notice friend requests? I mean you can resend but I check Subeta a lot more, they keep putting out cool bugs.

Nah, you two should check out the notes on those posts, almost everybody is on the same page regardless of their politics and it's really heartening, you might feel better about people again. Only a couple are pulling this "STARVE ALL RED STATES" bullshit, though even one is disappointing enough. They think they're "progressive" and they're ejaculating some of the most detestable evil sentiments I've ever seen.

Ever since Qanon tried to LARP the senate to death it's been difficult to take these things as seriously anymore, at least not in the same way. It's hard to care if someone thinks I'm SJW because I was too mean to the same people who sincerely believe that Jewish celebrities secretly eat fetuses, and it feels embarrassing to have ever tried to debate them or justify myself to them. Likewise it's difficult to just Respectfully Disagree or otherwise give any kind of shit about the kind of fucker who thinks I'm a Racist Sympathizer for saying everybody's kids need food, I'm just glad there aren't many of them and nobody defending them. Overall I feel better about people again, I think more of them mean well than I ever gave credit.
