They're making me take this horseshit psychology test designed by a mother and daughter who were never psychologists and based their psychobabble cosmopolitan magazine quiz on the work of somebody who never used empiricism or even collected real data (I still love you Carl).

What sorts of answers should I give and what four-letter nonsense result should I aim to get? Additional examples of why Meyers-Briggs is bullshit would also be great.

is it the real test? because that shit has 150+ questions and takes an hour to do. just answer whatever. they'll admit your letters can change as you live longer. they know its horseshit. the newest fad is a numbers based one.

Aim for ENFP because apparently people just love the fuck out of those kinds of people or something, I really have no idea what answers you'd choose to get there though

Yes it's employment related. I think it's been demonstrated that it's tough to get the same results even after 5 weeks.

Well the scoring for the thing is set up as a binary for the dichotomies with no nuance as far as the depth to which you skew. I will try to answer the questions so that I come out as extroverted, intuitive, feeling, and perceptive.
