Obama basically let his cronies like Holder run wild and then cleaned up their messes on numerous accounts, most notably was Fast&Furious where they oversaw a bungled operation that armed Mexican cartels with guns that they lost the ability to track, resulting in the murder of at least 2 border patrol agents and who knows how many other people across the border - Obama used executive privilege to squash the investigation into Holder and others. He signed the NDAA into law and allowed the national security apparatus to expand unchecked and point itself at the domestic population. He appointed Hillary Clinton to a position that gave her direct access to classified files and information that at best she treated with reckless abandon and stored on a personal server and at worst she sold or used at her own leisure and destroyed evidence to prevent investigation. He continued the Bush era policy of arming local yokel police departments with military grade weapons and vehicles and then acted utterly flabbergasted when that militarization of police led to further racial unrest, chimpouts and shootings. And that's just from the top of my head of reasons why I personally hated the guy, and Biden is best pals with him.
