I had a feeling considering the first post is from r/averageredditors which is generally low hanging fruit. When I saw he commented on that post, I knew he was attention whore. It was always in sexist or homophobic societies that didn't see gay men as "real men" and so they called them a third role as a way to tolerate them. Indonesia, Thailand, Pakistan and some parts of India are incredibly homophobic, as were the specific North American tribes that believed in this. Other cutures didn't have a word for it, they just called them men. It wasn't something you identified into either, you were forced into it by your sexuality or being born with a DSD.

I have to admit so do I. While it will be a grave injustice to the female athletes that will have their medals and accomplishments stolen from them by mediocre males who can't compete against members of their own sex, I strongly suspect we need a travesty like this for people to wake up and truly see with their own eyes what the gendercrowd has done.

There is a pretty extensive literature connecting white matter abnormalities to autism/autistic symptomology, which is not really surprising given that the central feature of autism is atypical information processing where there is some sort of issue with "putting things together" and the function of white matter is effectively to connect different parts of the brain. So, it's a natural place to look for neuro-anatomical features of the condition.

The results for female troons are a bit messier and autism white matter papers feature overwhelmingly male subjects (not surprising since HFA is mostly diagnosed in males). This makes it a bit harder to really say anything about them. There is also the issue of the reliability of the association between female homosexual identification and underlying neuro-anatomical features. As I wrote here, when a woman says that she's gay, that is probably saying less about her nature per se than it would about a man. They actually note this in their discussion albeit in a more PC way than me:
Moreover, there are additional issues with autistic sexual orientations which is likely to further corrupt any associations between neuro-anatomy and sexual orientation in female troons. There are some interesting little tidbits in their female data which suggest a very muddled picture:

An interesting point is that you couldn't infer that the FA value IFOF relationship (with respect to autism) would necessarily hold or be significant in females. This study for example found no association for girls:
A particular consideration is that there may (see spoiler) be an association between autistic traits and masculinization; normal men are in a effect more autistic than normal women, making women like men may increase autistic traits. This, taken in conjunction with autism in women seeming to militate uncertainty and confusion over feelings of sexual attraction means the whole problem is just an absolute mess.
Evidence is a bit conflicted and I haven't really read the relevant papers, so I don't really have a firm opinion either way but my gut-sense tells me the answer is that there is no significant association.

This isn't the only paper with findings that seem broadly consonant with autism driving the associations that they found:
Note that they basically found the same right-side association; left-side associations are weaker and in the left IFOF differences where larger than ILF differences. This is similar to our GD paper.
Again IFOF > ILF > SLF for effect sizes.
Again right IFOF though this particular study found greater FA, so this serves as something of a caveat.

What anyone doing brain studies of troons really, really needs to do is test for autistic traits, so that they can control for them. As an addendum, it could still hypothetically be possible that something like this really could be doing something in a way that was not just mediated by autistic thinking/behavior, but your priors shouldn't be high on that. It is far more likely that GD is just an epiphenomenon of broader autistic tendencies relating to social identification & introspection and that the connection is substantially dependent on socio-cultural factors/contexts.

If you want to go to school for free, the big ticket sports are your path (basketball and football). Even if you're good at the other ones, you can get a half-scholarship. I can see middling high school boys basketball players using this to try to game a free education by reclassifying as a female during their junior or senior year.
Of course there's no mention of transmen gaming this system because lol. I know there's the one wrestler Mack Beggs but they're D-III and that Harvard swimmer whose results they didn't let count because even with T they were so far behind the males.
I also remember ESPN doing a story about this young woman who who was elite throughout her adolescence in high school at track and field, to the extent that they were smashing New Jersey female State records and had a very real chance of being an Olympian. They transition to a guy sometime around sophomore junior year and outside of the obvious puff pieces about them being transgender I never heard about them having success in track ever again, even relative to their own average track team.

Why the fuck would Biden do this? Why would any self-respecting woman support this? Trans women are built differently because they were once men. They will always have an advantage over cis (for a lack of a better word) women because men are more often than not stronger than women. You can't wish science and genetics away, thus this just seems hypocritical of the left to support this in any shape or form. Seriously.
Trans women love attention, so why not just make trans women's sports a thing? They get to do their thing and celebrate being trans athletes (while also getting exclusive attention), cis women get a fair shake at winning scholarships and gold medals, and the left can have its cake and eat it too, in a sense. It's actually more woke to divide women's sports between the two groups rather than having trans women curbstomp their non-trans opponents like that one episode from South Park.
