One of his wheelchair mods Anonymouse is basically just a full on troll at this point. He says the kind of bile and shit not even someone who'd send a 1000 dollar tip would say to Dave without getting LiMB'd. He's also the recommended mod by people who troll Dave's chat to appeal your bans to because he's really lax about it and will unban you more likely than not, especially if it's not Dave who LiMB'd you.

Complaining is how he fills in the gaps created by his dead personality.
That's why 60% of his Minecraft "chill streams" were ranting about shit, especially problems that have long since passed, as he did stuff he couldn't find anything to say while running around opening and closing fences. He has no charisma, no empathy, no creativity, so his commentary is 50% whining, 50% pointing out what's happening on screen. That's why his audience is filled with children and (unironically) mentally stunted adults, any normal person would find that shit obnoxious.
Basic script for Phil is as follows:
Step 1: Loudly state what's on the screen
Step 2a: Sarcastically laugh or crack dick/scat joke
Step 2b: Point out how it's bullshit or poorly made
When he says shit like "I got a boring Christmas gift because I'm an adult", it's simultaneous flexing and guilt-tripping. Bitter and petty, that's our pigroach
