He had some bad takes during the whole Kani/Coco facedox saga, but then again they all did. He's weird because as impressive as his model is, especially considering he drew it and rigged it all himself, his content kinda blows ass and not many people outside their circle gives a fuck about him. He does not have a good streaming personality, cannot hold a conversation with collab partners or chat to save his own ass, etc.
Honestly, if I were him, I'd retire as a chuuba and just start taking design and rigging commissions full-time (he offers them currently regardless), because, credit where it's due, the guy is pretty sick-nasty at both.
Let me loose a new rrat into the labyrinth of the thread: the primary purpose was fun, but these short clips have several other uses to the company. The fact that they're starting to get translations at least shows they're involving multiple people by now.
1. It could be checks to see how many clip fans are actually stepping through the gateway to the original channels.
2. Just Kanata had CC subs and Okayu Rejection has hard subs. They could be exploring options to deliver their own clip content.
3. They have what seem to be competent translators on the payroll unless they're all just gonna go to Coco for these little shitposts.
4. They've started poking some of the clip translators lately which could mean they're looking to do some of their own like the Niji channel.
This all may be true, but it's a double-edged sword. Good part is we get more translated clips, on the girls' actual channels, to boot. Bad side is they'd most likely go after already-established "specialized" translators. Like I'm pretty sure that Jin Teramachi soapboxing assclown is the guy who did the captions for Okayu's latest video, and I have zero respect for that fucker. Also, I'm sure everyone's favorite bipolar whiteknight, Lyger, would be on Matsuri duty. I don't want these toxic shitheels having an even bigger presence than they already do.
Still can't get over how that Jin guy had the balls to "call out" someone like Tengoku in his Reddit post, saying his, and others', translations are "bad" and "paint the talents in a negative light" when the
Holo girls themselves always get excited to see him in their chats and even call him "Tengoku-sensei." Doesn't sound like they hold disdain for his "poorly-translated" clips like Jin surmised. Fucking amazing how much he must like the smell of his own farts.

I don't think anyone knows if this rrat is true or not but everyone I know of says Yogiri was Taiwanese and that's why she was the only one to go completely radio-silent during The Taiwan Incident and not secretly side with the bugmen. Could be true, could be not, we can never know at this point. Yogiri stated during her graduation concert (in glorious 3D by the way) that she will not be "reincarnating" and is officially done with being a Vtuber/singer/entertainer/what have you.
Someone uploaded a mirror of her concert onto YouTube, since it was on Bilibili originally. It's two hours long but I recommend watching it, gorgeous stuff. Wherever life decides to take you, performer-formerly-known-as-Yogiri, godspeed.
