They will always have an advantage over cis (for a lack of a better word) women because men are more often than not stronger than women. There is a pretty extensive literature connecting white matter abnormalities to autism/autistic symptomology, which is not really surprising given that the central feature of autism is atypical information processing where there is some sort of issue with "putting things together" and the function of white matter is effectively to connect different parts of the brain. So, it's a natural place to look for neuro-anatomical features of the condition.
The results for female troons are a bit messier and autism white matter papers feature overwhelmingly male subjects (not surprising since HFA is mostly diagnosed in males). This makes it a bit harder to really say anything. There is also the issue of the reliability of the association between female homosexual identification and underlying neuro-anatomical features. As I wrote here, when a woman says that she's gay, that is probably saying less about her nature per se than it would about a man. An interesting point is that you couldn't infer that the IFOF relationship would necessarily hold or be significant in females. This study for example found no association for girls: View attachment 1862690
A particular consideration is that there may (see spoiler) be an association between autistic traits and masculinization; normal men are in a effect more autistic than normal women, making women like men may increase autistic traits. This in conjunction with autism in women seeming to mediate uncertainty and confusion over feelings of sexual attraction means the whole problem is just an absolute mess.
Evidence is a bit conflicted and I haven't really read the relevant papers, so I don't really have a firm opinion either way but my gut-sense tells me the answer is that there is no significant association. View attachment 1862563

These papers don't cover it (without having read them properly), but it's plausible than masculinization in girls could result in higher rates of diagnosis; it is widely believed that HFA is hugely under-diagnosed in girls relative to boys due to it not producing as markedly anti-social behavior despite the presence of other less obvious symptoms (e.g. sensory issues, executive dysfunction etc.)

What anyone doing brain studies of troons really, really needs to do is test for autistic traits, so that they can control for them. As an addendum, it could still hypothetically be possible that something like this really could be doing something in a way that was not just mediated by autistic thinking/behavior, but your priors shouldn't be high on that. It is far more likely that GD is just an epiphenomenon of broader autistic tendencies relating to social identification & introspection and that the connection is substantially dependent on socio-cultural factors/contexts.
So according to that, trans is new. In the past and in some cultures. They realised the gender binary isn't correct. Had other categories. Now people are trying to force that third or other genders into the binary.
See this is the core problem. Be trans or whatever you want. Biological woman who align to their gender identity are still their own category. Why is that so hard to understand?
It's hard to get your head around because we can all plainly see. A cis woman and a trans woman are not the same. In fundamental ways. Even when you accept them both as woman, they're different categories. Yet people that know this, and willfully denying it.
As far as I can figure out, we have the conversation steered by extreme postmodernist, social constructionist ideologies. Yet most people listening to these people don't understand them or even agree. We actually have people who think that you can erase the concept of biological sex from human thought and it will then cease to be an observable fact. Doing so will be unwinding the systemic oppression Europeans and others built into society. It's batshit insane. Yet people who think this, or people following their lead, not understanding the ideologies are pushing ahead, guided by these ideologies, often unknowingly. They just think they're trying to make the world a bit more comfortable for people.

I have to admit so do I. While it will be a grave injustice to the female athletes that will have their medals and accomplishments stolen from them by mediocre males who can't compete against members of their own sex, I strongly suspect we need a travesty like this for people to wake up and truly see with their own eyes what the gendercrowd has done.
