Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

To expand, cancelling the Keystone XL pipeline primarily fucks over two groups: Canada, and the workers who were going to build it.

The agreements and contracts for Canada to sell heavy oil (Canada's #1 export) to the United States are already in place, and the unit price of the oil is already set. With the pipeline cancelled, the same amount of oil is going to be sold to the United States by Canada for the same price, but it will instead need to be shipped by rail and by truck, which are way more expensive methods of transport vs using the pipeline, which means Canada is completely getting fucked over on the deal, and reducing the profits from the agreement by a massive amount.

Not to mention that Canada has already invested $1.5B in building the pipeline so far, and there's no clause in the agreement for any form of reimbursement.

So in essence, cancelling the pipeline does nothing to reduce the amount of oil being brought into/used in the United States, doesn't cost the United States anything, and just totally fucks over Canada and the blue collar workers who would have built the pipeline. So, I guess Biden is based after all?!?

It's both funny and sad that the biggest threats to women's rights and LGB rights are currently coming from the left because the trans community is higher up on the identity politics hierarchy.

I refuse to believe this is related to his climate change bullshit. Nobody was even talking about this pipeline for a while now.

It's literally just on his "simple pandering things you can do to get good press/media coverage". That his handlers gave him.

It's the lowest effort thing the Democrats can do to pander to their base about how they "care for the environment."

The specific kick back he is getting is from Warren Buffet who gets most of his wealth from controlling the rail industry between the shield of Canada (where the natural resources are) and the United States. All while that rich billionaire is lecturing you on your life and needing to pay more taxes, he colludes with the government to give himself mass wealth that no one can dare compete with.

edit: Posobiec made a good point in another tweet, watch Biden's schedule in how he disappears in the afternoon until the next morning, they're hiding the sundowning as much as they can. If something like this happened under Trump it would have been answered in an hour or two.

Oh man the gas workers here in PA are livid. Most of them I feel sorry for but a few inexplicably voted for Biden and were vocal about it and now have to answer to their angry coworkers. The PA Facebook page is a blast.

Two and a half days in and nationwide I think we found the missing Trump votes to swing the election. Joe is not making any friends right now.
