The reasons for this are that Todd got representation almost immediately and Vic's lawyers were already threatening lawsuits. Had Vic not fought back or Todd didn't seek legal counsel, he would've gotten similar treatment to Vic. Do not believe otherwise.
He also presented DMs as well didn't he? I was sure that shut a lot of people up, including thotwhore.

Differences between what happened to Haberkorn and what happened to Vic are the following:
1. Todd was not fired by Funimation (or any other dubbing company) due to Pridemore's accusations.
2. Todd was not disinvited en mass by the majority of conventions on his 2019 schedule.
3. Despite snakes like Adam Sheehan, Monica Rial, and Chris Sabat screwing with him, Todd still has his career.
Dont forget Monica getting him kicked off of a panel at a con, unless that was debunked

Really seems that they're all mad that Vic is able to pull hot women. Todd is able to pull...pridemore. So there's that.
Dont make a drunken mistake by Todd sound like an accomplishment

To be fair, todd wasn't sober and it was a one night stand. Vic also doesn't really drink (the occasional glass of wine isn't over indulging). Then again I know nothing of Todd's other fish so pridemore could have gotten lucky (beer glasses must have done wonders) or maybe beauty truly is in the eye of the beholder

I think a major part of it was Todd immediately reacted and went hard in the paint. He dropped DMs immediately, called Thotmore a thirsty liar, and even though Adam Sheehan backstabbed him he shut down the story quick.

Speaking of Sheehan, it was dumb of Todd to name him in his defense without consulting him first. See Stan Dahlin and @EriMin.

Vic, on the other hand, more or less ignored the rising defamation until Monica and Jamie piled on and he got fired and canceled.

Vic got some important advice on twitter today.

The dude is serious, by the way. Seems to be a huge autist.

Just thought it was funny.

He immediately reacted, he DIDN'T APOLOGIZE FOR SHIT, he had DMs, and he also doesn't live in Texas in the DFW-area, he lives in Los Angeles.

It's hard for Funimation to do anything when they're in different time zones and states from where Todd lives, compared to Vic who moved from California back to Texas specifically to work for Funimation in an attempt to work in a director capacity.

It helped he had a boatload of DMs proving Thotwhore was a lying cunt.

How any rational fan can support a company like Funimation when the people there clearly hate them and even take sick pleasure degrading them in public

That's the majority of media companies these days in Current Year.

Thanks to corporate consolidation/oligopoly, draconian copyrights that never expire, and weaponized all-powerful payment processors that back the whims of cancel culture, they can get away with it.

And that's why you pirate your anime. Don't give them any money.

On the topic of gay pants man, they released the trailer for the Thus Spoke Rohan Kishibe JoJo movie.

(Comparison clip with Vic in it: https://youtu.be/-SgHf4ZHTwg?t=20)

Apparently it's not Vic, though it sounds similar. Assuming he gets past appeals, more damages, anyone?
Oh man. I was really hoping that Vic would get to keep his role as Rohan. Vic liked voicing Rohan and he was a perfect match for him. Their loss.

Is that Michael Sinterklaas? Think that's how you spell his name. Him and Vic sound extremely similar. Vic was also replaced by him in the rune factory 4 nintendo switch release, if I'm not mistaken.

I'm not hopeful that Vic will ever be able to work in the VO industry again. Such a huge loss of talent.

Sadly, that's probably the ultimate outcome, even if Vic comes back on appeal and gets and scores an overwhelming victory at trial. That's going to be the point of any further legal action. Vic's unlikely to ever get work in the industry again, so he has to scoop his retirement funds out of the defendant's flesh.

Even if Vic were to wring a full retraction and admission of guilt from the defendants, that'll just mean Jamie and Monica will be made unemployable, not that Vic will become employable.

This is why MeToo and twitter mobs and cancel culture are complete and utter bullshit. The damage is likely permanent with no non-monetary recourse.

Call me Optimistic, but I suspect that sooner or later this MeToo/Cancel Culture is gonna flip on them and there will be utter hell to pay in a few years, yes the damage has been done but at the same time there will some compensation for it. Twitter is already going to shits and so is everything else that is woke, I don't think either that Vic will make a complete comeback but at least his name will be cleared, which will be enough for him to get a proper foothold in areas that is not completely part the main VA industry.

On a side note, when people talk about the great reset (I know it doesn't involve WW but it's gonna affect a lot of things so bare with me on this one), few really don't get that there is a chance for it to blow up in the initiators and their supporters faces, and it's gonna wipe them of the bord and not their enemies.

Ironically maybe the only reason they haven't already gone after perverts like D.C. Dickless and Chris "Casting Couch" Sabat is because they still have Vic around to kick around.

Another factor in why Todd still has a career that wasn't salted earth, is because ultimately he doesn't matter to Monica or Jamie.

I love Todd and everything, but he didn't ping well enough on their radar to be torn down like Vic, wasn't their "friend" they planned to take out, and he lacked the grievances the Fuckimation Gang Bang / Fujoshits had with Vic whether it be his religion, diva behavior, or because him as a director would get in the way of said Gang Bang being lazy.

Hussie Thotmore’s Crazy Clout Chasing Ride got it's shit kicked in because of the bitch not organizing well enough, her target being personal but not as famous compared to Vic, AND it didn't help that Todd released proof of how much shit that non-binary freakazoid truly was before the Current Year infected her little brain.

The only people who ever took Hussie seriously at face value of her lies was a mere three or four people;Patrick "Puss Puss" Seitz, Sailor Mars Chicken Nugget Bitch, and some third dumb hoe who called Todd a toad along with rapist as Mars said that they would spread the word about Haberkorn to conventions akin to Vic being cancelled, but their laziness and COVID put an end to that.

Two years going on three of this bullshit, if that is not a statement about how useless their lives are I don't know what is. And D.C is now beginning to get cancelled because he defend Quintin Flynn for getting Metoo'd, sussing that they may be getting bored of Vic except for his core haters at this point. However it really goes to show that there is no such thing as good will among these people.

Frankly these Lolcows are getting more and more boring as time goes on.

The only way Vic will get any kind of VA work is if an independent studio (independent, as in not attached to the cliques) hires him for.
But I agree.
Even Nick said Vic's career was toast in the beginning.
The lawsuit was to get compensation for that loss.
