How many court cases are still floating around about this election? I mean it is over and all, I just don't want things unresolved. I doubt the Federal courts just tossed everything out, that would be really unprofessional, I also doubt that people are going to let this one go.

I distinctly recall watching legal proceedings for two months and then letting it be when it was clear the political courts didn't have the spine to look at anything. I do remember laughing like a hyena at our Strong Leaders pissing themselves under their desks when a bunch of unarmed boomers did what their golem failed to do for eight months. I dont think it ringed to him yet. Its ok he will never get it because he really is unable to stop looking politics through his sole frame of reference, just like the rest of the libshits in here. The Trump presidency was really underwhelming, however it has permanently traumatized these people because they didnt get their way for once. It wasnt supposed to happen in their heads, it was her turn, muh liberal utopia. They are and will be unable to think past that skidmark in their history. To me and you Trump is just another corrupt politician with ties to Israel and shady dealings. To them its fucking Exodia the forbidden one that ravaged their hopes and dreams and split their asshole in two.

This was covered in another thread because they have beef with a local cow but their argument has always been that private companies will never care more about protecting your rights than making money so there should be a "public commons" online where free speech is protected.

I get the concept it's like an internet sidewalk. You can say pretty much anything that's not inciting violence or harassment on a public sidewalk and it's 1A protected. I don't know that's the best answer but I also don't see how anyone expects private companies to protect 1A speech without the government forcing them which is a much deeper wormhole because you're back at the same place where the govt is writing laws on what's bannable and what's not.

Note this isn't my argument, just saying to be fair read it again with that context.

It's a little hard to define, so the OP would probably need to lay out some pretty clear grounds for what is and is not appropriate, but the upswing is that neoliberalism will essentially always exist in some form or another to watch people suckle from.
