Yeah, the cutesy infantile style works when he's drawing child characters for children and to make them sympathetic mouthpieces for his views (though the content is rarely appropriate for a kid to be discussing or for kids to read), but it's creepy when it's porn. Gives me paedophile vibes, it feels like something a paedophile would show a child to groom them.
The art reminds me most of those health education books for kids (like this) that have cartoons of naked bodies and cartoon diagrams of reproduction, but the whole point of those is they're not sexualised, they're very careful to make sure they're there to inform the child in a healthy way about what they can expect to happen during puberty and where babies come from without teaching them inappropriate behaviour, undermining their boundaries and safety or traumatising them. Whereas this looks like the same sort of pictures, but it's made explicitly as jackoff material. That really creeps me out and makes me think the target market is whatever sort of people would fap to a children's health class.
