To succeed, you have to grow up and stop taking shortcuts, learn how to tell a good story, learn how to draw and animate appealing characters. Using 3d was probably your first mistake because it makes people think they don't need to learn the fundamentals of animation.
Your stuff isn't even as good as the first broadcast computer animated tv show Reboot, and that was made over 20 years ago. That's very telling.
Go back to the drawing board, get good at what you want to be good at, and then maybe come back and talk to us about your dream.
