i found some pictures that prove that Aaron's little showbiz pizza is still in business thing to be a lie.

it has not been in use since 1988. but fetcher will never realize that.

Well the thing is the name “Showbiz Pizza” is still in use in some capacity by CEC Entertainment - themselves Showbiz Pizza Time with subsidiaries and franchisees still reflecting this.

Additonally it seems that the trademark for another version of the name has been filed by Face Amusement Group of Tennessee and may still be active with intent of use or use in commerce.

Fechter believes that he has an unequivocal right to the name, but this doesn’t seem to be the case.

That doesn't surprise me at all, he's definitely butthurt at the existence of Billy Bob's Wonderland since it means he can't control everything about rockafire, even if BBWL's robots are like shambling corpses

Edit: One more thing, I noticed that the "timeline" on almost all of these things from aaron that are marked dead have a "transaction date" of 7/7/2018, not sure if this means anything or not:

The name "rockafire explosion" is still trademarked, but it seems like literally none of the actual character names are anymore lmao.

The regular posters in this thread seem to be very familiar with the inner sphere of Aaron, but information about his individual spats are sparse, it seems.

Does anyone have the context between him and the 'copyright thieves' such as Damon Breland and Chris Thrash? I get that it was over the controller used to control the animatronics itself, but I always assumed that Smitty's was on decent terms with CEI. Is Aaron really trying to 'take them down?' I hate asking to be spoonfed information, but I'm not really sure where to get it otherwise...

Also, seems like Bojangles/Braylon Giles is still active in the RAE community. He uploaded this just before the new year. For awhile, all the RAE videos on his channel were private but it seems they are back now...

Yes, but I mean the arduous process of changing the legal names of all the shells and subsidiaries in all the states, which takes longer. “Showbiz Merchandising” is the copyright name you’ll see on everything at CEC’s merchandise counter.

yeah, and now he's all of a sudden saying "i love my fans artwork and creations and would never hurt any of their work" but that's a lie. air infector is a dev polluter and is killing his own fanbase of dedicated fans who have stuck with him for 40 years. not to mention he also tried selling non FDA approved "masks" that are seriously just gonna kill 4000 more people in this pandemic. air infector is trying to profit off of this pandemic and that's just fucked up.
