I don't think it's "women brought this on themselves". More like proof the patriarchy never went away. Women are still asked to move over for men (and told they're uppity bitches - TERFS - if they don't).
But we have given (with the trans movement) a way for mediocre white dudes to become "special" in a way they couldn't otherwise.
