Someone as fat as Jim would never be given pills by a medical professional. They also would not authorize giving him hormones either unless he lost at least 200 pounds. Unless he cuts his balls off tomorrow, mixing estrogen with all that fat on top of the testosterone is a recipe for disaster. He is going to put on more weight and have a heart attack. Fat cells naturally produce estrogen on their own. Its why fatties develop Moobs and eventually fat chicks and fat dudes start to look alarmingly similar. The difference however is in the internal chemistry. I doubt sterling intends to castrate himself to prevent the testosterone really fucking with things. And since he is a fat ass, taking any of the Testosterone Blockers is just asking for a heart attack due to the side effects. The common T blocker in the USA is Spirinolactone which is primarily used for people undergoing heart failure and is used to shed water before it gets into the body chemistry. Its a hard drug for a HEALTHY person to endure, let alone a blob of lard. Combine estrogen with it and you aren't just risking a heart attack, you are risking a stroke due to blood clots. All of these risks further magnified if you are fucking fat.

tl;dr, Sterling is not just physically incapable of being a woman, he is physically incapable of being a trans woman too.

If we go by old information gathered in the early 2010s on people transitioning (before doing that became something that would get your funding pulled) i would say alot of these people are not gay and at the most were bi. A lot of the people like Jim here aren't trans they are depressed, want attention or are seeking validation.

What the big trans movement has done is downplay the idea that you should seek help when you feel like this instead you should immediately follow this throw on a dress and take hormones that fuck with your body. By doing this they get praise and acceptance they have been missing. Plus they get the excuse to basically throw away any friends or family who may have criticised how they live previously because now those people are transphobic Nazis if they don't accept you. Part of the reason the suicide rate for them is so high is that they get an initial rush of feeling good from all the acceptance and praise but once that goes they realize they are still miserable because they changed nothing else about their life.
