So, this guy appeared right after Phil typed something on his phone, tipped 4 or 5 times and thinks he's in some sort of war with the detractors. I wonder what Phil wrote on that email...

He's not new, but he hasn't been active in a while. Curious that he would suddenly emerge on a quiet night and gradually tip for the last third of the stream before finally tipping to hit the goal in the last few minutes. As Phil mysteriously decides to do a little extra overtime.

This is totally a pattern we have never seen before.
These whales don't all seem to follow the same script or anything. Almost like one person is coordinating with them. But what one person would they all have in common... hmm...

If I was slightly more exceptional and wanted to burn money to piss people off, I would donate to DarksydePhil too. It is by far the easiest way to get reactions from a big group of people, for something as minuscule as a fiver.

This and his state B&O taxes are the only things that make any sense as "extra taxes". His payment plan(s) are a fixed amount every month, and he has no choice in paying them. I think it's time for a new poll...

It would make sense to me if late last year when Phil was saying 'I'm all caught up on my taxes' he was just referring to being current on his Federal back-tax repayment plan for his 2018 and now 2019 Federal taxes because when he filed his bankruptcy he stopped paying the IRS due to the automatic stay, and when he started saying that (I think) was in response to people asking about if the IRS ever finally worked out a new payment plan with him. This was after he had been periodically bitching about it every 2 weeks until suddenly he memory-holed it and it was 'none of your FUCKING business, I'm trying to play a FUCKING game here!'

I have noticed him many times over the last year when listing out all the bills he has to pay to explain why he has no money and needs you to send him $10 now so he can buy bread tomorrow he keeps listing 'State back-taxes'. What 'State back-taxes'?!? Washington state has no state income tax? What is he talking about? In July he talked about having to pay his 'State Quarterly taxes', what are those?

Is he talking about his property taxes or something? If he hasn't paid whatever these 'State back-taxes' he keeps referencing are he probably hasn't made his Estimated Federal Income tax Quarterly payments either even though he should be able to easily afford them now that his Credit debt payments and ConnectiCondo mortgage payments have been knocked off his monthly bills the whole year but I guess we'll see.

Okay, so I looked further and it seems like when he says 'State back-taxes' he is just referencing his Washington state Business & Occupation tax. He basically just seems to either not pay it whatsoever, or pay it late every time and get charged late fees. Maybe because he didn't pay them for the first 4 years he lived there the state has now given him a quarterly deadline for his B&O payments. If this is the case the tax is like 1.5%, so this dumb nigger is paying late fees on a $450 bill that recurs every 3 months. This retard can't set aside 1.5% of his income to pay the required state tax on that income.

Just type 'state tax' into PigPigGo if you want to see this rabbit hole for yourself. It's amazing how his stupidity still is able to surprise me periodically. Like I can understand what a dumb selfish cunt Phil is that he refuses to put aside 30% of his income so he can make his Quarterly Federal Income tax + FICA payments, but he won't even put aside 1.5% to make his state B&O payments and instead pays late fees on it? Really?!? Phil, you are the dumbest motherfucker I've ever met. You should be declared mentally incompetent to manage your own finances for your own protection like an elderly dementia patient.
