WHAT?? I always get the notification from Kanata. Though It did happen to me on Reine's Channel (It said you can't enable notifications of channel marked for kids). Here's how to probably solve this. Unsubscribe to her channel, and then resubscribe, you will be able to enable notifications after you resubscribe.
