While it's a mistake to treat GamerGate like the event of the century, don't undersell it either. Much like Dan Rather blowing his career on a 'dossier' with all the provenance of a fucking 4chan gay op, GamerGate rattled some cages and I think certain 'journalists' haven't forgotten it. Yeah, there was plenty of autism to be seen on the GG side; but there's that unpleasant reality that sticks in the media's teeth like a popcorn kernel they can't quite dislodge: that they went to bat for a stupid, incompetent whore who was slutting it up to prop up her half-assed joke of a game.

The reason Gamergate is the gift that keeps on giving is it seriously bruised the egos of a bunch of shit tier journalists. They were already having self esteem issues, since clickbait/shill journalism where most of these people work is the retarded half cousin of something like the NYT or WaPo, and it is an uncertain profession with shit working conditions and bad pay. It is where the myriad third-rate journalist school and liberal arts grads end up after the good jobs are gone.

GG's sin was the utter disrespect it showed to all these sandy vaginas (and manginas, we are not sexist here on The Farms!). They got the correct idea they were being laughed at and held in contempt, and that's something they can never forget nor forgive. It is fucking traumatic for a bunch of never have beens.

So God bless the GG spergs; the outrage is funny, and it couldn't have happened to a nicer bunch of people.

In the same way that they compare blacks to Orcs and Goblins to Jews in fantasy settings because orcs are violent savages who think of nothing but fighting and they are ugly while goblins have huge noses, are ugly and terribly greedy.

Surprisingly not. You see, "Evolution" is one of those things "Athiests" use to destroy the evil "Christians" using "Facts and Logic." And since that's "Science" and they "Fucking Wuw Da Science," that means they "believe in Evolution," and ultimately, that they own the idea of evolution. And since they are, by definition, the good guys, that means that people disagreeing with them are the bad guys -- obviously -- and thus, conservatives (bad guys) must inherently contain every thought they associate with bad guys -- which means, of course, that conservatives (bad guys) don't believe in evolution, they all believe in creationism, which is some silly idea that some old man in the clouds snapped his fingers and created the universe last week or something. (They totally hit like on that video of some pedophile in Texas making fun of it!)

The problem is... they don't have a clue what evolution is.
