Weeb Wars / AnimeGate / #KickVic / #IStandWithVic / #vickicksback - General Discussion Thread

It's always an unfriendly reminder that a large portion of the fandom I like to be a part of are quite hideous and the rest is quite cancerous, but at least it always inspires me to at least attempt to better myself. But since he was already doxed and looks ready to pick an internet fight, can we expect much sperging from him or just a gentle wave?

I should mention that going through this guy's Twitter account that he is a left-leaning Biden supporter, so the fact that he is happy to announce Vic on the show to the point of replying to his tweet gives me hope for humanity.

The stream went well and the video is saved on the guy's instagram for anyone that is interested.
Great to here. Same as I said with Mela Lee before. Two people with different political views getting along is great and exactly what we need.

I love how KickVic portrays Vic as a bigot who can't get along with people with different views. But in reality there just describing themselves.

Always has been.

Got you, fam:

Attention, newfags:
It's "doxed," not "doxxed."
Only spergs and retards use the latter.
Hopefully I did not do that too much. So I'm sorry if I did that.

I miss that about the good old days. People were more civil, and less hashtaggy and triggered about everything.

Great dox, he had his dox coming for ages.

I bet he actually gets off from this humiliation.

Bruh WTF, Kiwi-chan kinda cute.
While my interests primarily lay upon poking the ISWV zoo animals with a stick to make them go insane, I figured I'd bring this shit to everyone's attention who's more focused on the lunacy around the anime VA's.

A very hentai-ish fan picture signed by both Marchi and Rial. Appears to be their signatures but I'll let the more educated folk in here determine if it's authentic. If so, just further proof that these crusty thunder cunts are massive hypocrits. That jelly bean dad joke sure was terrible, but this picture will be just fine AMIRITE?
Ayy, that's Shadman right there. Guy's got good taste in horny, but ruined it with the sign of the devil itself.

Vic's twitch stream was incredible. He showed that old video which was amazing. I highly recommend giving him a one month tier sub just to watch it before the video is gone in a week.

Also, I think I saw someone in here complaining about that. I think it's so he can get more subs and have more money in his pocket every month. Savvy business move if you ask me, kinda like selling headshots of anime characters when no one else was doing it.

What was the video about?

I don't want to spoil too much but it was something he and Travis Willingham did. Travis was upset he couldn't be in Fulmetal Fantasy so Vic came up with something they could do that's FMA. It's better than Fullmetal Fantasy in my opinion. And it's not live action...at least not the way you think 😏

Just something funny, cute and wholesome. It's not available anywhere else.

Oh, the interview on instagram has been taken down because the guy wants to edit and reupload. Will let you know when that's up. He actually asked some different questions than most ask.

I would like to add that he also said that he will be at a convention that will be "driving distance" from LA. He didn't say where or when because the event has not announced it yet (which I think is standard), but did say "very soon" there will be an announcement on his twitter account.

I wonder how the larger for-profit cons are going to handle shows. Typically, the current year's show is partially funded by the previous year's profit (from what I know) so how are cons going to handle not making any money for an average of 2 years seeing as a bunch of cons have already been canceled for 2021?

Also, when cons start back up, will we have people willing to go to them or will they stay home and shout at the con owners about how they're murderers?

Plus, with the whole cosplay copyright in japanese legislation and with a majority of con sluts making money at those large for-profit cons it's going to be interesting for the next few years.

The con bubble that started in the past decade might collapse.

I'm sure they'll have a way, either by cutting back or more sponsorship but I can only guess.

When cons start back I'm sure it'll be a slow start, and they'll only be murderers if they invite people like Vic but be stunning and brave if they invite people like monica. I'm sure there will be some trouble for the cosplay stuff but no one here is going to enforce it, at least not on the women cause hashtag reasons or something.

I do feel a collapse may occur but hopefully not.

The fact that he showed a old video with him and Travis. Means he must still be friends with both Travis and Laura. I can't see him posting it, if they weren't still friends.

The man believes in the good of everyone. For some reason. Honestly I give him props but the vid might remind him of a happier time and not so much that he's still friends with travis and Laura (though for vic's sake, I hope they have remained friends).

while, yes, the stream will have the special feature removed, i thought the 2 min teaser clip was kept up. There is other content planned, but these streams have been short to say fun despite the seemingly constant issues with the learning curve.
But seriously, Vic is to be applauded for learning not only Twitch, but one of it’s most difficult softwares, OBS (on a Mac no less!) and producing streams that are seriously better than most i have seen from others who hope to even ASSUME to be in his league.
