Off the top of my head (and I don't go actively looking for this stuff) Ice caught a building jump in the background of a livestream years ago, there have been at least two youtube livestreamed suicides I remember hearing about (unconnected to IP2), and Chicken Andy got insanely drunk and tried to pill himself to death a few months back, I think. Linking the building jump because Classic Ice is a fun sight, the middle two turn my stomach and the last is pretty boring.
