Also, wtf kind of doctor agrees to that?!

Years ago I was lurking in an european ftm forum and there was a woman talking about her friend becoming suicidal after surgery because her bladder was damaged which made her incontinent. The piss was leaking into her shoes and she was told that another surgery couldn't fix the issue. OP herself also became incontinent after surgery.

Also let's not forget that Jazz Jenning's first surgery was done so badly that he couldn't piss without making a mess which led to him getting another surgery to fix the problem caused by surgery no.1. And pissing was just one of several issues, some if which can never be fixed.

Are we sure those 2.5% are the actual number? Sounds like something that would be downplayed by the troon community but happens a lot more often.
And even then, if you just take a second to think about it, it's completely absurd to take ANY risk for a surgery like that since you had 0% complications before that. Why would you do it? Sure, people get other elective plastic surgery all the time as well, but boob implants or shaving down a nose seem like a completely different category compared to cutting off your genitals... Idk, every time I read new frankenvag horror stories it hits me again how ill-advised and nonsensical it is.

Yes. Even women are at risk for "fissures" (uterus thinning, babies, chronic severe constipation, etc), and his thin wall of tissue can be perforated way easier than womens muscular uteruses. It can be not only traumatic mentally, but physically it's a nightmare. Feces can leak/ transfer into the other cavity, causing havoc, like severe infections in the wound and enter
organs via UTIs, (i.e., bladder, kidneys,)

A quick Google search shows results that say gynecologists advise agains vaginal douching as well.

So which is it now, is it like the real thing which should not be douched, or is it not? Anyhow those suggestions do not seem like something I would use either way, no matter what hole would I be douching. If anything other than water were to be used, I would go for saline solution.

I am really torn – is there nothing but trolls on that subreddit? Because if it were like that I think the responses would not be any different. Or are they all honestly like that?

Though not anything like a woman, where douching isn't advisable, them promoting using peroxide or other chemicals, is crazy! A relative lost limbs over using peroxide and epson salt on small wounds. It's not for anything beyond superficial/ surface care, as they warn on their labels.

I wouldn't doubt that they're making some of the issues worse by doing dumb shit.

I think vinegar is sometimes used to remove bad odour, but in a household kind of way like smelly fridge or something. Also used by some people doing "no-poo" (never using shampoo for their hair) as a sort of hair treatment. Wouldn't surprise me if troons are retarded enough to think it would have the same effect in an open wound as on your scalp.

It's definitely something which doctors used to recommend back in the day but it was an extremely dilute solution of vinegar and water. Vinegar is acidic so I assume the idea was to balance out something which was making the vagina too alkaline.

Autogynephilicologist. It's long, but we live in highly complex times.

The more exposure I have to realtranspolitik the more I see it as a prophecy of the end. If these practices exist, how could any other part of our society be healthy? It's impossible that anything resembling a normal society would have trannyism as a major cultural force, with medical professionals and government officials giving sanction to the illness. As long as tranny shit is out in the open like this, you can really expect to see anything at all. Social phenomena no longer have to conform to physical reality.
