I am genuinely surprised Lou didn't shoot his mouth off about STONKS today. He talks about so many things he has little to no knowledge of beyond what he can wiki and TL;DR with as little effort as possible. I almost figured he'd tell people to invest their money in him so he can buy ipads and pizzas again.
Proof has come out that you've been doing this for years. People have tried to offer you moral support and you have snapped at them because they did not give you money. People tried to offer to help you get jobs, and you snapped at them because they did not give you money. People have offered to just mail you food, and you snapped at them because they did not give you money. And when people do give you money, you're supposed to SAVE the extra so you can buy food for more than one single day. You don't. The moment you get any overage, even just a few dollars over, you buy toys for yourself. Remember when someone gave you A THOUSAND DOLLARS and you spent it in no time? Remember when you begged and pleaded for money to buy an apple pencil but then the next day magically had money to buy a picture of Wonder Woman? Remember when you told people you were looking for a job but then all out said you plan to mooch off of your mother until you die?
This isn't because you buy 'wants'. It's because YOU LIE about your needs so you can buy toys. YOU LIE about starving so you can buy your own junk food instead of eating what your mother cooks. When someone lies, people don't trust their words anymore. They want to see actions. So far all you've done is wring every little life event you can for money. You have shown no sign that you're trying to better yourself in the slightest. Yeah, he'd be fucked either way. The worker's compensation/SSDI system can be pretty heavily weighted against claimants unless they have a very clear-cut case, since there are a lot of morons like Lou who think they can squeeze free money out of the gubmint by pretending to be disabled in some way, shape, or form. I know a lawyer who specializes in those cases, and he's turned away probably hundreds of people who were trying to pull the same shit as Lou after their initial claim got rejected. If he tried to appeal, Lou would need to prove that his beetus is keeping him from getting any kind of gainful employment, and since that's not actually a thing that happens and Lou is just a lazy fatass, any self-respecting judge would toss the case immediately. Even losing a foot might not do the trick, since there are plenty of jobs where you don't need to use your feet all the time.There are two types of disability. He applied for the one where you have to have worked a certain amount of hours/credits. Its the disability program for people who have actually worked and paid into the system. There is another type of disability he can apply to, that is for people who are poor/low income with ACTUAL disabilities.

Type 2 diabetes is not a disability Lou, namely because it is entirely reversible. Depending on your experience with it, type 1 diabetes can be life altering, but disabling? Not with today's technology. We live in an amazing world now where insulin pumps and pens mean people can live and manage their conditions very easily and employers, by law, must make reasonable adjustments to accommodate employees with medical conditions unless they want to get in trouble for discrimination. Diabetes is easy to accommodate- just ask for specifically timed breaks to check your sugars and take any insulin, so refusing to take on someone because of something so simple would be an easy case of unfair treatment.
I would say even more so over in America, since suing is so much more common than here in England. Civil lawsuits seem way more commonplace for whatever reason over there than here. Honestly I'm an extremely lucky person to have personal links to someone who can ask for casual legal advice from their work- most people rely on contacting public citizens advice bureaus for support on things like this, which is just that: advice. The idea of taking up actual legal action against a company is extremely intimidating when they as an organisation can afford some nice legal representation whilst you're barely scraping through on £400 a month benefit payments for unemployment.
Most people just move on and find a new job, or maybe go to the media if they feel strongly about how badly they've been treated. Getting slated by local news is a good deterrent for most business
