Is it just me, or are most of these people, whether they are TIM or TIF, seem to either be obese when they start HRT, or become obese shortly after?
I know for me personally, taking any steroids or synthetic hormones (like birth control pills) screws up my body, makes my weight balloon, my blood pressure go up, acne go berserk, etc.. Same situation for most of the people in my large immediate family. I'm sure I'm not the only one who experiences these side effects. Do they not realize it's a BAD thing to gain a ton of weight really fast?

God, this made me laugh so hard. Pretty much every tranny thread here has examples of bizarre AGP fantasies of what the female orgasm is like, but this is the absolute purest form.

These guys want a clitoris as part of SRS because they know a "vagina" is supposed to have one, but I am more convinced than ever that they truly don't know what it's for beyond "one mysterious feel good spot among many". It’s because they’re unattractive. The incel to troon pipeline also happens to women.
Not that you would ever get approved for this study, but I sincerely believe that you could show for every, say, 30 more pounds a lesbian weighs, the more likely she is to troon out.

Can confirm. There is absolutely no emotional support to be gained from the community (as FTMs tend to have surprisingly low empathy, in my experience), and more often than not, they WILL pressure you to ignore trauma in favor of hopping on the troon pipeline. Seeking help for trauma and overcoming your body dysmorphia/self-hatred directly opposes trans identification, and I have known far too many trans-identified females who have confessed to being sexually abused, only to start pumping hormones instead of getting therapy.

There's a a ton of variations in SRS for female-to-male patients. For surgical purposes, -plasty means creating or modifying while -ectomy means removing something.

There's the metoidioplasty, which is where they go in to cut the ligaments that hold the clitoris and clitoral tissue to create a small penis-like structure out of it. This is best for people who have an enlarged clitoris from long-term testosterone therapy. The phalloplasty is where they take donor skin to make a sausage and attach that to the body. Both surgeries have the option of moving the urethra and penile implants to facilicate penetrative sex. Oscheoplasty is where they use part of the labia to create a scrotum. These procedures can be done while leaving the vagina intact. A vaginectomy (removing the vagina) or hysterectomy is an entirely separate procedure.
