Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

While not all cases, it feels like the right does it with a layer of ironic shitposting while still taking the effort and skill to make something.

The left is a sincere but lazy "yaaaaaas qwueen" idolatry worship and virtue signalling. The only time they put effort in is if they can sell.

The genuine enthusiasm is more on the right then the left.

Ace of Spades made a good point about this. Despite the senility, Biden knows he didn't win. This is like the third or fourth time he's said "The President" in reference to Trump. 40 executive orders and actions in 10 days is not the actions of someone who won fair and square, it's of someone who thinks the cops are coming after your break in and are doing as much smash and grab as you can. But gotta get those dog tweets out.

I do agree there is something odd on how fast he's doing things with excative orders. the guy is acting like he doesn't have four years to do certain things.

You don't generally see the right represented unless they are making sense. Anything on the left is shown in the msm, shared and acceptable. Even when insane. There's a massive filter on everything right. So you just get less exposed the crazies and when you do it is labelled as crazy.

Well Trump did pass alot of executive orders over the years, more than 200 over 4 years. I believe Obama had a similar amount of orders, but over 8 years. So if Biden wants to overturn Trump's orders, he has to sign more of his own executive orders. Less desperation and more of a consequence of the President abusing the executive orders to bypass Congress.

It's genuine. Right idolatry of Trump was tongue-in-cheek. People called him the God Emperor for the lulz, not that he actually was an emperor. Leftists are giant dickriders.

Remember all that stuff in the primaries about needing a vice president "ready to take over on day one"? Old Joe is under no illusion about how long he's got here.

The right is inherently skeptical of the human capacity for goodness, which limits the reverence they can have for any individual. The left believes in human perfectibility, or at least an asymptotic "arc of history" driven by enlightened figures whipping their fellow man into shape. There is no limit to how good, how worshipful, such a person may be because there are no limits to human progress.
