I've only read some of that thread when I started lurking, but I can safely say she had much, much bigger problems than KF. Poor living conditions, mental health issues, in a toxic relationship with an abusive boyfriend, that kind of thing.

To my knowledge it wasn't instigated by KF at all. Julie truly had a very very sad life, she was dating and was controlled by an extremely abusive and manipulative man using her for money due to the fact she was mentally handicapped. To top it off her own family had issues with her, and she was literally living in a shed. She had a sad and bleak life that just spiraled into a ditch.
