They are just looking for things to be offended about now. The plebs who just kicked wall street in the dick used no-no words, they must be nazis looking to wring shekels out of innocent jews.

You guys used to at least pretend to care about the class struggle, remember that? It must be nice having the privilege of being able to sit back and nitpick others' successes.

Much like the reactionary response to the capitol protests and the blind hatred of Trump as an opposition candidate after Bernie's failure to launch, left-wingers are tremendously unhappy that the right is the only political alignment that seems capable of scoring big wins against the elites.

It's the passive aggression and the condescending disdain in that second part that really grates. "During your time off, you should seriously reevaluate how you post when it comes to things like "reclaimed terms" and how those words can and do affect others within those groups." You can almost hear the sneer in his voice, like an HR drone who's huffed his own farts for too long.

Mild powerlevel, but I myself am a high-functioning autist. I don't need people like Tanka telling me to be offended about people using the word jokingly, especially in a good light. Hell, I use the term myself and I'd bet most of the people using it in this situation are on the spectrum as well. It's that one plebcomic nearly word-for-word.

As usual, the mods hate it when the serfs backtalk them. Daz has racked up a prior seven-day ban back in 2019 for arguing with mods over a ban for advocating piracy. I'm not entirely sympathetic to Daz here, because unless he's completely oblivious he should realize the mod team is made up of faggots. Also, linking piracy on an 'official' (snicker) roleplaying game forum is asking for trouble.

That being said, I wonder how much of that thirty day ban is for arguing with the mods, and how much of it is for cultural appropriation. I guess nobody better tell Arethusa about Clan Stone Lion and the Cleansing Path ritual, though. RPGnet would probably ban Battletech next if they haven't already.
