Man, the lack of self awareness at RPGnet is kind of scary.
Now, there's nothing wrong with banning someone for being an unmitigated ass. Sandbox theory, etc, etc. What I'm taking issue with here is Sphinx's assertion that:
'there (sic) only political agenda at work here is the mod staff's opinion that it's not okay for posters to be jerks to other posters.'
Bull-fucking-shit. Are you kidding me? Seriously? RPGnet literally made it against their rules to defend any policy of the Trump administration. Don't fucking tell me there's no 'political agenda' here, Sphinx, you unmitigated mouth breathing cocksucker.
Meanwhile...
As usual, the mods hate it when the serfs backtalk them. Daz has racked up a prior seven-day ban back in 2019 for arguing with mods over a ban for advocating piracy. I'm not entirely sympathetic to Daz here, because unless he's completely oblivious he should realize the mod team is made up of faggots. Also, linking piracy on an 'official' (snicker) roleplaying game forum is asking for trouble.
That being said, I wonder how much of that thirty day ban is for arguing with the mods, and how much of it is for cultural appropriation. I guess nobody better tell Arethusa about
Clan Stone Lion and the Cleansing Path ritual, though. RPGnet would probably ban Battletech next if they haven't already.
