Pretty much. I came in contact with troons much earlier than many people. When I was younger and still was writing in gay forums (there was no LGBT then) I remember when suddenly the T appeared around 2012 ~ 2013. Hence I was able to observe troon behaviour early on and reached peak troonerism when most people were still thinking that troons were an invisible minority.

Yes, Philosophy Tube, cis women with back problems probably SHOULD get their breast reduction surgeries prioritized over trans women who want their breasts removed. Addressing medical problems that cause increasingly debilitating, cascading health effects that end up causing the system more money when care is delayed makes sense by all standards of health care. It is compassionate to keep people off of addictive painkillers because their spines are turning into pretzel twists, and it is the point of triaging care to the people who need it the most.
