Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

If Trump did that, I’d mock him endlessly for it and would wonder if it was all some elaborate prank. The Oval Pawfice is far worse than any Trump tweet. If I wanted to make my opponents look better by comparison, I’d run this account under the guise of helping Biden be more “relatable”. This account is hated by everyone except for Biden simps

Correct me if I'm wrong but, wasn't the most 'hard-hitting' question Biden's press secretary accepted to answer was what his favorite flavor of ice cream is?

Even without this account though, Biden is doing plenty good himself at making his party look bad (making insulin more expensive and canceling the Keystone Pipeline come to mind). This is just the cherry on top.

Because it looks like Biden's administration hired some jackass to fiddle while the country burned down around them? That "This new fangled Twitter thing" needs to be used because Trump used it? That Biden is such a shit personality that everyone hopes they can build a cult of personality around his dogs? Maybe hoping to secure the suburban mom vote because this shit will be plastered all over Pinterest?

I think it’s to give Biden a personality through his dogs. Obama had dogs too, but the media ran very few news stories on them and they didn’t make Twitter accounts for them. Obama had way more charm and charisma despite his many faults. On the other hand, Biden is as exciting as a wet dishrag and has nothing going for him besides “I’m not Trump”. Also, Biden is white, so lefties are more likely to criticize him openly than Obama, so even if the account does a bit of damage control, people won’t be as enthused with it if they have trouble finding a job and the gas prices keep rising.

What we see here is the usual slip up of Democrat endeavors: moving too quickly once they have the keys. The usual thing is Democrats may agree with these things, but their impulses cause them to move too soon and too hard in a way that causes blowback. Remember AOC talking about making lists of Trump supporters and donors? How much you wanna bet that Democrats would love to see MAGA people dead or in Trust and Reconciliation Commission Tribunals done by The Trump Accountability Project or in re-education camps? The Democrats have to figure out that the only way to stop someone who won’t go down without a fight...is to take away their ability to fight.
