I disagree seeing someone unironically think an angryfaced picture of Shadow the Hedgehog is hilarious. I mean, yes it's sad too but so is most of the rest of the things they do. It's like being threatened by a twelve year old you JUST saw sobbing over tripping on a lace.

I really don't understand why most of the users / Sjws from tumblr have an obsession for Hatsune Miku/ green hair anime girl.

Seeing all these different 'Mikus' is so jarring. I doubt any of them are aware of the fact UTAUloids exist: basically UTAUs are fan-created vocaloids using open-source software and they create the voicebanks. Literally Vocaloid OCs that can sing. The idea of a (noun)sona isn't variants of 1 distinct character, a proper -sona would refer to Vocaloids as a whole... like Vocasona or something, but it doesn't matter apparently. The people jumping on this trend want an easy way to cash in on DestinytoMoon's style of pandering art.

Good variations on hatsune miku's design would be literally any of her figures. What these are, are just for diversity points. Blacktober's been over for months so art twitter is reaching for whatever opportunity to make it year-round. And I guess Miku can't be black without also being trans and a lesbian.

Utaus just aren't as trendy as they used to be. I remember back in 2013 or so, everyone and their mothers would make their bootleg Miku looking Utau designs and maybe give them a bad voicebank if they were feeling generous. This is just not something people are interested in anymore (probably because it takes a lot of effort to make an Utau).
I actually like this one a lot, aside from the pride flags.

Have you heard? It's istaphobe now to dabble on Utauloids! We must claim the One True Voicaloid Queen as our Blank Slate if we wanna feel relevant and special!

People take "Miku can be anything", which is supposed to be about her persona/backstory, and use it as a way to make an instantly well-known donut steel.
Sounds like sonic fandom would almost do with Sanic&co.

This shows their actual knowledge and interest in Vocaloid and similar vocal synths. The newest version of Hatsune Miku(Hatsune Miku NT) isn't even using Vocaloid anymore and instead uses Piapro NT(a vocal synth made by Crypton future media themselves)

One thing I also want to mention is those ''Make Black Miku Canon/Miku has no canon race uwu'' comments made by the same people probably complaining about voice actors not being born with the same skin as the fictional character they're voicing. Yes, these people forgot that Miku's voice is just a sampling of an actual human voice (Saki Fujita in this case).
What happens when they find out about her existence? Are they gonna ask for a ''black replacement''? This isn't some anime voice acting because Saki Fujita's voice is what makes Miku, but all they care about is ''trans lesbian twin-tail singing robot says trans rights'' without actually wanting to learn how it works or making something like an UTAU.

This is true. In my circle we didn't make ours sing at all back then since we were young and had no idea how to even get our hands on the software, let alone use it. The furthest ours went were designs but we also didnt show them off anywhere other than deviantart. Even if a voicebank wasn't a hard rule for making one, there still would be too much work designing it to be worth the effort by people with attention spans of a goldfish.

Even if Vocasona would be more sensible as a name, nothing really rolls off the tongue like MikusonaMonday either! And it's ripped off of MikuMonday general.

Thinking about it some more I started wondering about the coincidental timing it was that DTM came up with this just a few days after art twitter ganged up on Javi_Draws for tweeting like she was the fashion police (it was so inflammatory they dug up tweets she wrote in June and accused her of antiblackness for it. Which is why she locked her twitter hoping people will go away). so who's to say part of the reason why we're seeing fanart of the same black trans gay miku is to prove they aren't icky racists. As posted earlier, there's plenty of people who would love to leech from JV's fanbase right now.

What really annoys me about the Miku headcanons is how they always want to make her trans when almost nobody born male could sing that high. There are exceptions of course, but for a tranny to have a feminine voice indistinguishable from a natal woman’s he would need to have had all the cross sex hormones and surgical interventions very young.

That sounds very plausible. The Javi drama made me realize how absolutely vicious the twitter art community has gotten, it's ridiculous. I assume at this point, not drawing trans black Mikus or anything of the sort makes you a potential target for cancelling.

No one wants to know the truth about transitioning and what it entails lol. If people stop maintaining the lie that a trans person is 100% indistinguishable from a person of that actual sex, all hell would break loose.
