Welcome back to a very special installment of Kaiju Fic Shipwars, a strange isolated corner of the Internet where weirdos get in fights over which kaiju has the absolute right to pound moth pussy in fan fiction.
It's been a long time coming (heh), but as promised, I come bearing Godzilla thirst gifts. Well, mainly Mothzilla thirst since the backstory flashback hasn't hit the part where a young G-man dominates the crazy bitch of the pack in his own sick, twisted way to get back at the alpha who hates his guts just for being his (adopted) brother's son. (Briefly brought up in passing back
here.) That's gonna be
interesting to see if we're going to get slapfights between those who say "Mothra is Godzilla's true love!" and those who'll salivate "Godzilla should've stayed with the spoiled princess because she's an animal in bed!" with that weird overlap of everyone agreeing Godzilla is a sex god.
Never mind that the story is supposed to be about a father-son trip around the globe while he battles over his insecurities of being a parent since Godzilla never got the chance to bond with his own father before he was killed. Sure, plenty of the readers are fawning over the kid (because kids are cute), but they're otherwise too distracted by their need for kaiju dick that they sing praise toward the parents for producing a literal god like they were Joseph and Mary. And since the first chapter had Godzilla and Mothra having a quickie the night before the father-son trip, everyone has a severe case of baby fever and hope they gave the prince a sibling. And they want the other characters to have babies too, complete with #KaijuBabies like they're expecting a babies spin-off series.
These readers, man.

Oh yeah, it was more-or-less a brief pass in the narrative but the readers kinda were taken aback by the thought/reveal of Ghidorah having nested with females forcing Godzilla to commit infanticide. Many of them were sure Ghidorah raped all of them since that's what villains do
I guess until the author had to clarify in her profile the females were actual followers (insert Ghidorah Manson family here). Also have yourself a bonus TDS comment right here like wtf.
Btw Apollo is the name of the alpha who hated Godzilla's guts because he was promised (pretty much an arranged engagement) to his mother, Shri, but Dagon
(that's the canonical(?) name given to the ancient lizard kaiju whose bones are in the beginning of the 2014 movie) won her over instead. Quite a bit of readers sympathized with Apollo and were trying to blame Godzilla's mother for making him be an asshole because he couldn't help it. Not to the extent of calling her a whore like with Mothra, though.

Shadowblade217's uncut review if you wanna read through it, but the TL;DR is he just drops "lol Apollo is such an incel like Scar" since he can't make better comparisons, and still couldn't help himself bringing up his disdain for Rodan and how Mothra still cares for him. Chances of getting a companion one-shot/"meanwhile" chapter showing how Mothra handled being alone for a few weeks and of Rodan being a secondary character in it is about 69% because don't ask how I did the math but Shadowblade was part of the equation.
Oh, I almost forgot, but are you guys ready for the separate pile of King Ghidorah sex thirst?
Too bad! Now you have to think about Ghidorah dick, too!
FrostyTeddyBear5 has a TL;DR review himself where he
also drops "incel" but more aimed at Rodan given his behavior towards Mothra showing just like Mothra herself, he (and Shadowblade) can't let it go. Sometimes I wonder if the author purposefully keeps alluding back to the affair in some way not just because it's important to the narrative (because it's a scar) but to garner a reaction from these two, they seethe over Rodan
so much.
(His TL;DR also sums up the first chapter pretty much in order, so it's convenient, I guess.)
Okay, back to drooling over Godzilla. It's roughly around this time they started sperging about
GvK toward each other so there's not as much book boyfriend worshiping as before.
Talking their thoughts on the
GvK trailer but they have to insert fan fiction into canon.
This reviewer caught my eye because of how out-of-place it is:
It's a weird feeling to see that boomers read fan fiction, too. Bit of a breath of fresh air amongst all the whimpering over Godzilla dick, though.
(Ruubez Draws refers to this artist btw who's gained a following for their amusing Godzilla comics. The author once mentioned them in her bio.)
I could've gone back through the older stories to see if there's been any new insanity brewing, but that could be its own post should it be worth showing. The Godzilla sex thirst should be quenching enough for the time being especially since there's more on the way.
