I love this idea, but if you're going to go through the trouble of fulfilling physical silver merch, you need a higher markup.

Silver coins tend to have a $2-$4 premium over spot price just to produce or buy retail. Silver is currently at $29.41 as I type, so you're looking at roughly a $32-$36 cost before your markup. And that's if you can even find bullion--I went to my normal bullion seller sites to pull examples, but they're out of stock on literally every single 1 oz coin from around the world.

I'm in for a few if you pull it off, but you're heading into some real supply logistics "fun" if you do. Mark it up high enough to be worth your trouble.

We need autists to make the Infomercial...

"The Kiwi Mint is proud to showcase: The Founding Lolcow Collection. This lovely collection of .999% pure silver commemorative coins comes with a complete copy of the CWC Wiki..."

The Moon Mint? The Kiwi Mint. We need something more Boomer...
What is this, a fucking nickel?

Here you go, over a million billion kajillion hours in PC Paintbrush.

Yes I want to sell off a coin and have the person wonder wtf is it. Also it would be kinda cool if you can have some coins with content ratings like an Islamic Content coin or the autism symbol.
That’s be cool. I assume this first one has to be done successfully but I do like collecting obscure coins so I wouldn’t mind getting more especially if there’s a limited run and they have certificates.
I would love to give my wife a plush kiwi or a plush slobber mutt for valentines day this year.
That’s not a bad idea.

Valentines is too soon. Maybe next year. I was dwelling on what to do for too long and now I'm kind of rushing to figure out a first quarter merch run idea. The silver idea struck me today because I was looking at precious metal interest that's surging right now.
