You Know What Grinds My Gears? - Things that personally piss you off

Dumb customers.

We've been in lockdown for weeks, months even, now. Stores that are not "essential" aren't open. The store I currently job at falls under that. We still have to do stuff there sometimes.

... and people still knock on our store, rattle the door or flip us off if we don't let them in. Even thought we have a huge ass sign saying "WE'RE CLOSE BECAUSE COVID, SORRY" right at the door.

I sometimes feel like just smacking them with the door across their stupid faces.
I went to the store the other day to buy some food. The website listened their opening time. I show up a few minutes after, and the doors are locked. The worker didn't even look up at me. There was a sign on the door saying they are opening an hour later due to COVID.

They could have just said so on the website, or the worker could have just explained this to me without being passive aggressive about it. Just be nice to people.

Adaptations of creative works not being faithful to the source material. Sure, you can expand it with new subplots or sequels, but don't fucking change the story. The creator's ideas should be obeyed.

I have never understood why the entertainment industry does this. Or at least, not before it was overrun by Marcusian demands that everything must be propaganda.

Probably he's tried to do so repeatedly in the past only to get yelled and screamed at and have some shithead throw a tantrum and start banging on the door. Better just not to get involved.

My upstairs neighbours who are incapable of doing regular daily activities without adding unnecessary noises. Digging their heelbones into the floor with each footstep... frantically slamming cupboards closed... dropping things on the ground...

I often work night shift and sleep during the day. I have to have a fan running, earplugs in, and take stupid doses of melatonin (and sometimes zopiclone) just to sleep 5 hours semi-uninterrupted. My ears get itchy and slimy from having to wear earplugs. All because these stomping loudtards can't shut the fuck up. But I don't wanna move either cause the location is perfect and the rent is cheap.

I hate that so many movies and documentaries are "based on a true story". Just tell the true story.

I hate the homeless and especially homeless junkies. They shit up everywhere they go and we should put them in camps.
I hate when they ask for money. They always keep interrupting my day, asking for my hard earned money instead of getting a job. A couple of these fucks have been doing this for years. I've had homeless people get angry and attack me for not giving them money. Fucking pisses me off that they are entitled.

I really don't like it when YouTube users make videos by using facial expressions and essentially the design of a character screenshot from an animated series, as an avatar.

Gonna hop on in the homeless people get what they fucking deserve train.

I’ve tried to be emphatic to homeless before. They have a sign asking for food. Okay, tell them I’ll run into a fast food joint and grab them whatever they want for lunch. I get cursed at and have trash thrown at me. I’ve given money to homeless who seemed like they actually did have a run of bad luck and weren’t just worthless drug addicts. Nope, I either got conned out of my money by a good liar, or I got cursed at for not withdrawing my entire bank account for them. Nothing is ever good enough, they always want more more more. And if you direct them to places that will help them get back in their feet they start screeching like Linda Blair in The Exorcist. They enjoy being parasitic drains in society.

Stupid shitheads who make threads in AC and completely ignore thread guidelines and... well, fucking everything of import really

They are usually homeless for a fucking good reason just saying. Also, sometimes homeless is actually "homeless" and they've got their late-model Nissan SUV parked somewhere in a parking lot nearby while they panhandle for "food money" or whatever they're begging for, and then when they're done they get in and drive back to their roommate's apartment sipping a Starbucks latte

I swear, I've clicked this dozens of times. Something about the placement just causes me to fail and click this by accident.

Phillip DeFranco. I dunno what it is about him, but he just enrages me and makes me want to punch him in his smug throat.
It's because he's the epitome of a corporate mouthpiece that has little talent but the "right" takes on things. He comes off as very fake and almost as if he was created in a lab to be as inoffensive and bland as possible... again, it's all so contrived and fake feeling. From the moment that he begins a video with "Sup, ya beautiful bastards" you already know that you're dealing with what equates to some used car salesman or someone who works in middle management.

As for his face, well it's just punchable in its own right.

I was actually subbed to his old red rocket channel when he had Joe Nation doing vlogs. At the time they were actually amusing to watch, but after he killed that off and began to whine and bitch more about the election season, to the point he threatened to stop doing the PDS, I up and unsubbed and hoped he fucked off if he's going to take that route. I was already starting to not enjoy the show after he killed off the vlogs, cause it just made him less and less relatable and fun to watch.

I never liked him. He always got under my skin. The thing that really annoys me is his crying about money when he doesn't even need as much as he gets. One moment he is talking about maybe going homeless, then a few days later braging about being a self made millionaire on twitter. Making a patreon for his "news network" and then just starting a product line instead. Fuck this guy.
