Stephanie Cianfriglia / Sapphire Crimson Claw / Yarrow Brown / the-ghost-fucker / transmascdruid / anarchoenby77 / darktwistedpussy / Druid of Endicot - Xe/xyr ghost-fucker, womb wizard, hand sanitizer sommelier, trans-boomer, violently abuses her elderly parents, has sexual fantasies about raping children

If her parents actually got divorced, would either of them actually be legally obligated to take custody? I mean, she's in her 30s, and unless I'm remembering wrong she wasn't found unfit to work, so if her parents got divorced and neither one of them wanted to deal with her anymore, they could just both lock her out of their homes and she'd be SOL.

Hmmm...in fact, here's an idea! The Cianfriglias divorce, and neither one of them takes custody of Steph. She's out on her ass and gets to whine and moan on Twitter about being homeless (so extra oppression points,) and her parents can get back together and go on living the remainder of their golden years in peace without an ungrateful shithead pissing in their cups and pelting them with bread. Everybody wins! Well, Stephanie's side is more of a pyrrhic victory, but a victory more-or-less. She's already killing herself physically, mentally, socially, and spiritually, what's one more thing on the pile?
They’re not obligated to have “custody” now! She’s an adult! They could evict her if they wanted her out of the house, but they know she can’t/wouldn’t take care of herself. They got her the cat so she wouldn’t move out. If she can’t stand to be in the house with all three of them, the answer is she moves out. That she still assumes her parents owe her a home and food, and she does NOTHING for the family really grinds my gears lol. Once again Fuckow doesn’t realize that she is the problem.

Also, regarding psychosis, it’s so disturbing the trend of internet people claiming that mentally ill people who can become psychotic are not dangerous. Like, of course they aren’t evil, they are ill, but if they go off their meds and have a psychotic episode they can absolutely be fatally violent to themselves and others. It really sucks, but pretending like it doesn’t happen doesn’t help anyone.

Unless Staph is an adult dependent, her parents are under no obligation to take 'custody' of her. Just like anyone, she can be a tenant in their home, regardless of whether she pays rent or not.

If she is an adult dependent, they could be obligated to take her him...or send her to a group home.

God, her in a group home would be an absolute nightmare. She'd be PISSED when the case workers took her welfare card to pay for the group's groceries on outings (which they do for everyone,) and the minute anyone saw her pee in a mug or do a weird satanist ritual it'd be a one way ticket to a converted nursing home for skilled care. They'd all probably force her to take care of herself too, which would make her feel like she was being tortured. Bet she wouldn't even be allowed to shittalk them on Twitter! The horror! /sneed

In all honesty, if a lot of those steps were taken when she was younger (forced accountability, learning social norms/pragmatics, being however self sufficient she can be, etc), she probably wouldn't be the disaster she is now.

She keeps getting denied SSI, so I don’t think she’s ever been declared a dependent. She only gets Wefare and Medicaid because she’s low income, not disabled. She can’t prove to the state that she’s unable to care for herself.

Sis, you're in your mid thirties. When people stay together "for the children" they mean literal children, underage kids. If your parents are not getting divorced it's because they don't want to, not for your sake.
I mean, there's functionally not too much difference between Stapphy and a literal child. Considering they got her the cat as a bribe because they worried she was too retarded to live on her own (iirc she was trying to find a rando roommate on craigslist or some shit while openly advertising she basically couldn't pay rent, which seemed like a great way to get kidnapped or something), they might actually see her as too functionally helpless to live alone. Never kicking that fat cuckoo out of the nest.

How much you wanna bet that she wants her parents to divorce not for their sake, but for another oppression point for her?
She wants two rounds of Christmas presents a year LOL.

"Don't be violent over words!"
"Oh yeah well ghandi was a pedo got you."

She just jumped in this argument part way. This is where she entered.

Why would she randomly post that her mom has had 10 dicks in her mouth?

From what I know from having worked way too long in family law, no -- unless they are actually her legal guardians, which I don't see being the case. Being a legal guardian for an adult is a pretty involved issue, and unless they set up something when she was a lot younger, it is not likely to be the case. It's not something you can do on the quiet for anyone much older than teens. (e.g,, I am almost certain that Kailyn's mother is her legal guardian and really certain that Mom Wilcher is Gracie's legal guardian, but Kailyn is oblivious in a way that Stephanie isn't. )

Neither parent would, in that case, be legally obligated to take her in, but imagine the fuss Stephanie would kick up if she didn't have them to leech off of. One of them would take her in just to avoid the tantrum and the subsequent fallout.

off topic, but i thought she was fighting with this robin character, but no, steph follows them. and ofc they're the kind of person steph follows. 19 years old? check. enby lesbian? check. commie anarchist out of touch with the world? check. angry over everything? check. victim complex? check. they aren't worth a KF thread or anything but they're in staph's circle and annoying enough to be worth a mention.

That Robin chick makes me so sad. You're 19!! You can have an amazing life! Don't fall into Staph's bullshit.

Also, if someone decides they are going to plow everyone's driveway but yours, that's a YOU problem and I get the idea your neighbors hate you and your mom for good reason. Maybe pay someone to shovel you out, or even ask, rather than demand.

I'm just thinking out loud here, but wasn't Simone de Beauvoir the one that wanted to decriminalize sexual relationships between adults and minors?
She might as well had been the one. She had an open relationship with Sartre, an infamous disgusting degenerate and they both were playing all kinds of fucked-up games with their students.

hopefully they grow out of it. everyone was a dumbass at 19. teens on twitter are notoriously stupid nowadays and like to cancel everyone for every small thing (i've seen teens cancelling each other for having crushes on big tiddy teen anime characters because "theyre minors, youre a pedo,,,,and why would u even have sexual feelings towards anybody anyway aasfksksksksks,,,????" not to sound like an old biddy, but kids these days smh) however staphy never had a chance. her case of arrested development is really astounding.

They apparently both signed a petition to abolish age of consent laws in France.

"French law recognises in 12- and 13-year-olds a capacity for discernment that it can judge and punish," said a second petition signed by Sartre and De Beauvoir, along with fellow intellectuals Michel Foucault, Roland Barthes, Jacques Derrida; a leading child psychologist, Françoise Dolto; and writers Philippe Sollers, Alain Robbe-Grillet and Louis Aragon. "But it rejects such a capacity when the child's emotional and sexual life is concerned. It should acknowledge the right of children and adolescents to have relations with whomever they choose."

I know feminists who quote Simone de Beauvoir love to ignore or pretend they don't know about the whole "literally tried to decriminalize pedophilia" thing, but I find it especially mind-blowing that a woman caught grooming a fourteen year-old would be posting quotes from her (or reposting, as it were). One would think she would want to avoid the appearance of impropriety.

But then, if she were good at that, she probably wouldn't have a thread here.

I was about to say, sounds like a perfect bedfellow for someone like Steph. sigh, unfortunately....
